I was wondering if there's any discount through Total Rewards for Absinthe
or do they still try to sell discounted tickets outside the tent on the day-of the show?
I see the $20 discount posted by the admin on the stickied thread
is that the best deal possible?

Tix4Tonight has it listed on their website as an available discounted show - worth checking them out too.

Lowest price I've seen is through showtickets.com at $84 standard view.

No on TR discount. Usually most will have the $20 discount as standard. CET does not own Absinthe

We got the coupon they hand out in front of the tent for $20 off. Then bought from the box office there and saved the ticketmaster fee (about $8 I think). Benefit to that was that I looked on tickemaster to see which seats were available and picked the exact seat I wanted at the box office. We sat at our own table at the back. They cram them in pretty good in the main section.

i am looking at the seating chart
are there larger tables in the back that are shared by many people?
all the circles and square/rectangles are tables?

    which seat did you pick?

There were 5 of us and we took the table just to the right of the entrance. The squares are "tables" - they are pretty small but good enough for the drinks. I think the bigger circles are also tables but those are the expensive seats. The ones straight ahead as you go in are bar height chairs and tables. Ours were regular chairs but we were on a platform so we were higher up than the seats in front of us.

We paid about $98 each all in. Also you don't have to get it the day of. I think we got the tickets the day before the show.

I think the $20 off is about the best deal out there. I did some pretty thorough research when I bought mine (I hate paying full price!) and that was the best deal I saw. Also bought them at the box office.

i walked by the absinthe ticket office area during the day
didn't see anyone handing out discount things
ended up staying long at dinner and just decided to skip the show entirely
went on the high roller instead ... make sure you go with a bunch of friends
because it gets pretty boring in there being with a bunch of old people and kids around you
    lol
