    SDB - Super Double Bonus video poker
    BP - Bonus (video) Poker
    TDB - Triple Double Bonus video poker
    BDW - Bonus Deuces Wild video poker

    SA - Super Aces video poker

    DDW - Double Deuces Wild video poker

    TDW - Triple Deuces Wild video poker
    KBJW - Kings or Better Jokers Wild video poker
    JW2 or 2PJW - 2 Pair or Better Jokers Wild video poker
    WAP - wide area progressive (slot machine or table game that offers the same progressive jackpot either everywhere the game is offered or in a geographical region)
    MDT - Market Daily Theoretical (ADT for a particular geographical market, like Las Vegas - used by CET apparently when making offers)
