Funny thing is, he'd probably do a better job!

I honestly don't follow ANY sports, but the above is a great piece of evidence over the national apathy our country has toward the sport.

Soccer is definitely a physically demanding sport and one that requires great skill and endurance. Big props to anyone who can play it. It's still totally unwatchable, though.

And I was up all night drinking and felt like busting the Scotsman's balls (two things, it seems, he can respect). I absolutely LOVE Scotland. It is the land of my ancestors and I have gone there about 5 times (mostly to Edinburgh). I'll be back again in July to be best man in my buddy's wedding where I'll be sportin' all the proper gear (kilt, sporran, etc.).

Sorry, I wasn't casting stereotypes, but things like this are often lost in translation. Personally, I think east coast Americans have a better grasp of irony compared to west coasters. Any thoughts on that? I'm prepared to accept that I might be talking complete rubbish :)

I enjoy a good conversation, speaking for myself anyway

We tend to stereotype ourselves as much as anyone else ,so dont feel bad.
