Absolutely amazing this day and age.

Makes me happy that I fly them exclusively these days.

I been flying spirit air for past 4 to 5 years and I don't really care for them as I only see that as "transpiration" nothing more. But my trip few week ago to Vegas we decided to flew SWA and service was pretty good; FREE SOFT DRINK FREE SNACKS FREE TV!!! Darn I forgot how nice SWA is will fly SWA again next trip for sure. Thanks for sharing story it's heartwarming.

I am not a frequent flyer, I flew SWA twice from BWI to LAS. Both flights were uneventfully smooth and either early or on time. They had me at free baggage. :)

I think this was posted here a year or so ago, maybe I seen it elsewhere but it is an older story. When I read this, it made me happy I have been exclusive to Southwest for years, they are the only airline I fly and the only one I trust my minor children to fly on alone when visiting me and their mom who live 1200 miles apart.

Oh yeah I totally forgot about their FREE CHECK IN BAGS !!! how awesome is that... since spirit air is being all "cheap" even their attitude is very cheap as well it shows I don't even know why they have flight attendants... oh yeah trying to make you sign up for their stupid credit card!
