The ole bag-a-bones and her little McWhiner's were getting on my nerves tonight so decided to do YET ANOTHER degenerate "dry run" over at the local Rivers Casino in preparation for this upcoming trip.

As I walked in a big athlete looking dude was just losing his last roulette chips at the prime roulette spot right by my favorite video poker machine.

I sat in the spot and attempted to buy-in $120, planning 3 $40 spins. I was informed that this gentleman would be right back. (turns out he was playing $2,500 a spin so I can see why they laughed me off with my rounding error buy in).

So I sat at my good ole faithful video poker machine and bounced between $1/$2/$5, upping at just the right times and sticking to $1 on the cold streaks.

This got me up to $600 at one point, but as always happens with my Martingale/Massingale Disposable ****** Progressive Degenerate Chasing System, I soon took a turn for the shitter, until this:

Then I stepped over to the roulette table as the adjacent spot to big boy Chicago Bear payroll unloader. I bet my $40 and 20 hit, I had $4 on it and so had about $225. Thought about cashing out.

    Didn't

    Started spreading chips.

Spread more as Pro Bowl O Line bought in and spinner boy counted hundos by the boat load. (That dude was betting $2,500 per spin, inside, spread on 10-12 numbers--none of which ever hit).

By the time big boy had finished I was all in for my $225 with tall stacks everywhere and a coiuple quarters hidden amongst my green chips.

    The spin.

BACK - TO - BACK BABY!!!!!

Another 20 had hit. NICE. I had $8 straight up (doubled down the original $4). plus $5 split on 3 sides and $4 split on another, and then of course between the 17-20 I had $12 split, and of course the $25 chip split. All-in it was I believe $722+$425=$1,147 hit. I got mostly big, piled out about 100 in remained chips and a coiuple quarters for one final spin. It hit #14, right next to #2 where I had about $40 in total action to the number.

So I cashed out, tipped again, and slinked away with this:

So for all my hard earned efforts of 10 mins video poker and 3 roulette spins I had netted $1,575.

Did I stop in the high limit room and take a shot at he $5/$10/$25 machine?

    possibly.

Was I dealt 3 to the royal on my one $25 buy in?

    maybe

    Did I lose?

    for sure

Did I rebuy in for $100.

Of course. ok enough 20 questions. nothing happened. I got dealt 3OAK twice to no avail. Finally cashed out with my original $125 buy in and got the hell to the store for milk and butter.:ssst:

Up $3,775 for the trip, don't even leave for a week, I think my new system of eating 3 meals a day at the same place is working:

for the record, Alexanbo and JNCVH were supposed to join us for the trip but dropped out when we refused to chip in with them for those Penis cupcakes Sonya displayed in her recent trip report. :poke:

either that or the fact one just left vegas and the other is living on the other side of the earth in a shanty on the atlantic coast surfing every day and growing a beard...

    That's how you do it!

How is the Rivers Casino these days? Besides paying you out of course. Was there last August and it was ridiculous. Couldn't move. Bad attitudes. The best part about going there was when we left.

yeah it was pretty crowded when it first opened. I didn't go back for like 6 months.

they finally got some mailers out so I've been going for free buffet at least once a month and also I'll go by and play some on my daily walk. i think it is perfect now. its not so busy you can't get into a game, but its full enough that there is a good vibe.

So I booked another flight to Vegas yesterday!!! Going to my friend's bachelor party/wedding Aug.2-6 and currently booked in a comped FAB Luxury at Flamingo. The only unfortunate part was Allegiant did not fly out the days I needed so I had to book through US Air out of YYC with amounted to about $200 more than what I would normally pay for a flight. Personally I don't because it means less of a drive and not having to go through border ports on a long weekend with huge lines!!!

Now back to the trip at hand. Seems like there is a rough initerary made for this trip. May 31st Gaggles, his lady friend and I arrive at 9PM. I'm going to guess Sullys is on the agenda to get primed up, then hit the town from there. June 1 Gaggles is going to see Viva Elvis, while I punish my liver with BeeeJay and Borat when they arrive, when Gaggles gets out of the show he will have a lot of catching up to do. Our friend Big Sack also arrives that night. June 2 is downtown night, with dinner being free at DuPars with the $50 meal vouchers we all got in the mail. Then time to use the $50 in free play and enjoy the talent of the dealers from the bar. Quick jaunt to the GN craps tables may be on the agenda as well. Then maybe a limo to the Rio to hit up VooDoo Lounge, unfortunately I may have to find girls the old fashioned way (no, not pay for them Alexanbo) because I no longer have Rascal Flatts hair. Sunday is a toss up right now. Borat is leaving and another BeeeJay acquaintance is making an appearance. I'm thinking something different like the Orleans for some decent VP. I went there last trip and the play on VP is totally different than the strip. Could I see myself staying here? No, but I could see me being here a few hours every trip. Some how I think if Gaggles hasn't ended his royal drought by then, this will be the place he does it. I'm sure there be a lot more happening, but so far not a bad little rough plan.

This sounds great Macker!!! My buddy coming Sunday is Big Dog. He was on TR's in August 2008 and July 2009. He will have to be disappointed this trip with Bellagio after Wynn FW Villa's and Encore room pre-stocked with naked brazilian waxers I met on the flight those past trips. Actually he'll prob prefer anything where we hit $5 tables like Downtown/Orleans.

    I have but two questions:

#1 are you going to join us at the Bellagio pool during the day Sat and Sun? Borat and I will def be spending some time there.

#2 is there dress code for VooDoo? I am going to carry-on with only a backpack due to a short connection time in LA on my flight. I don't want to risk missing that connection cause then I won't be able to pick up Gaggles Viva Elvis tix in time. Then again my odds of even being aware I'm in an airport may be low as i upgraded that AA flight to first class where the free booze is going to be flowing like Alexanbo's mom's slobber on your cock.:licklips::kiss::blowkiss::licklips:

Anyway I'm only bringing what I can fit in that backpack which is shorts/shirts/tennis shoes/flip flops. Can I get in VooDoo with tennis shoes, dress shorts, collared shirt? If not I'll just gamble in Rio while you guys jerk off with those $17.50 drinks.:Þ:drunk:

#3 Also any other dinner plans? Or are we just gonna burn our points at Earl of Sandwich?

    Ok thanks bro. :)

Pimpin Ain't Easy, but it's necessary.

The little guy made a bank run with me this morning to load up on some travelers checks as a bankroll management technique. My past few trips I've used the ATM or left vast majority in safe.

With 100+ temps this week I don't want to make the 5 times-per-night trek to the room for more money. I like the travelers checks because, for me, it's just enough of a deterrent to make me stop and think for a split second before blowing through hundos like nothing.

Bankroll for this trip had started at $3,250. Now going with a base plan of $5,250, with an option for $7,500. Ideally I'll hit a royal as planned on the $300 Bellagio freeplay and cashing the travelers checks will be a non-issue.

I like how my home life is building to a creshendo of child whining and domestic annoyance. It's like how that first drink tastes so great after a rough day at work. This Vegas trip is gonna feel niiiiiiice.
