    My Trip Report

Finally time again for another degenerate jaunt to the land of opportunity.

3 sleeps at the Delano + 2 more at the Flamingo.

Highlights will be few and far between, but I may surprise you.
Will likely include incredible amounts of drinking and VP, a stop at the dispensary, plenty of nonsensical jibber-jabber and very questionable decision making.

I'll take plenty of pictures and with any luck I don't lose all my money before I catch my return flight.

I have been lucky to journal each and every one of my Vegas adventures and this represents magical trip #30. This is your Captain speaking. I'm at the airport, ready for an ontime departure.

Show starts upon arrival in roughly 5 hrs.

Oh, I love nonsensical jibber jabber! Just getting back from seeing Mars Attacks on the big screen, and all I can think of is 1990s Vegas of course! Happy and profitable trails!

Some further ramblings from 35,000 ft. should anyone already be anticipating a case of the Mondays...
    Bankroll: 3K

MyVEGAS awards if I remember to cash: $25 match play at Park MGM & Luxor, MB buffet, and $25 free play at MB
Other comps: $100 RC w/ MGM, $75 FP w/ Cosmo, $50 FP at HR (weird I received this)

2 Side missions off the strip I hope to embark on should I not go too degenerate:
    1) Palms-Rio-Coast galavant
    2) DT, Chica, Palomino stroll (strictly for the people acting as a reporter of sorts...)

    Other Points of Interest:
    -MAG lunch
    -MB spa (detox)
-Twin Peaks to stare (at MNF & other various sporting affairs)
-MB pool, MGM pool, Flamingo pool
-Bars, and machines getting inebriated: everywhere

From the flight deck, 2 hrs to touch down.

Thanks to everyone for tuning in so for and the well wishes.
To those on their way, safe travels.
To those who have touched down, (though it is not recommended) please join me for a drink, help me encourage the nearby machines or really hunker down and watch the tires completely fall off (as was the case in last fall where I decided to have a quick snooze at the VMB meetup at Whisky Down, after power drinking for several hours)

Beer (Elysian- Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale Ale)
6.4% and 3.25 Sips (because for that complex name, the beer was aromatic, but a miss for me)

I gave that one a generous 3.75 over 2 years ago. [emoji44] I wrote "nothing noteworthy" and "sorta malty and bitter" in my review.

Now if you go to Park, give their Space Dust a try! Maybe MB has it too now? Been a long time since I had a beer there...

No kidding eh! Seems our pallets are well aligned on that one. I was going to have the Space Dust from same brewer but the tap was out at Cosmo sportsbook. I'll head over to the park and give it another shot. (Last year I had one at The Pub in front of Aria, and recall I enjoyed it).

Due to being on east coast time, after 3 or so hours of sleep, I'm already wired.

Quick recap of last night. About as (un)noteworthy of a first night I've ever had in Vegas.
I wasn't removed from a bar, I didn't burn through entire bankroll, I wasn't propositioned (nor did I solicit) prostitution, and I woke up feeling very much like a live human being- not like a corpse as I do most trips.

Night capped off something like this, no big hits, or even 4OAK's, poor-ish pay tables at Cosmo bled me, but stayed alive for multiple hours on small hits. It was the night of the teaser straights.

    IMG_20190922_2355209.jpg IMG_20190922_2337447.jpg

    Then I walked-about for a while...
    IMG_20190923_0035411.jpg
And then I have a 'secret'... came back to get this pizza to enjoy back in the room and pass out (by myself)
    IMG_20190923_0102223.jpg

Had planned on going to the MB spa this am to shake the cobwebs, but frankly I don't have any... so I may go off script and just start with an early morning gambling session with whoever will serve me the stiffest Caesar or gasp...Bloody Mary.
Need to make sure that tomorrow I don't wake up feeling so rosy.
Pocket dump from last night tells me: -$69.25 (winner!!)

    Did a little meander:
-100 at MB on VP- spin poker JoB, with good paytable at least.
+65 at NYNY playing slots, fighting Dinosaurs on Jurassic Park. No big wins, but enough to keep going.

    Walked around, saw stuff....

For the record, I will look down on anyone who thinks these kids shoes or water shoes are high fashion.

Then loaded freely at Cosmo, which resulted in 70 bucks....
    Now at Chandelier Bar.
    Stay tuned.
