I'm W in the TR and will be hijacking with my own pics and comments along the way here. I wasn't feeling up to a total TR but this will be a good pic dump thread.

    1) It says Super Dbl Dbl Bonus in the bottom left hand corner. ;)
    2) Aces with a Face card pays 1600 credits instead of 800 credits with a 5 credit bet.
    3) Four Face cards with an Ace or a Face pays 160 for 1 like 4 Aces no kicker instead of 50 for 1 in DDB. One of my more surprising hits in my life while goofing around at a Chicagoland restaurant.

Super DDB is the best VP game the Cosmo Sports Bar offers at the 25c level. Same with Circus Circus sports bar (and 8/5 (99.69%+prog.)) at dollars! This is also often the best strip CET game on the floor for "full points" at quarters and dollars or even 10 nickels at Ballys. But beware the lower full house payouts make you more dependent on hitting the big hands to win.

It's easy to spot now that you pointed it out - that and magnifying it - thanks.:bang:

I looked for this on vpfree2.com but must have missed it for Cosmo - may need to get my eyes examined, again.....seems like a lot of the good games are on bar tops and not as many on the floor - learning the ins and outs of VP is work....
    thanks again!

Actually many games on bartops are poorer than the floor. This is a main reason why I began the "bartop sticky" here to help players to find better bartops. VPFree2 would simply not report the games between 96.5%-98% like I do in the sticky. There are some notable exceptions where bars are close or better than the floor. MSS JoB (equal), D Vue Bar, 4Q DDB, South Point (equal).

The Super DDB game on the Cosmo bartops, however, really isn't VPFree2 worthy. It's 6/5 (97.69%) until the $5 level where it's 7/5 (98.61%). The 8/5 dollar game at Circus Circus (99.69%) is listed on VPFree2 though.

As for where the OP played, I would have actually played 9/5 DDB (97.87%) at the dollar level, but I'm glad he didn't since Super DDB was $800 more for him!!!!

Okay so here's where day 2 upswing continues to be decent. We enjoy watching the Penguins Sharks game at Cosmo and I finally get some traction with VP.

    Some VP porn.

Decided to order food at the bar from The Henry. Burger was OK. I liked the wings better.

    uploadfromtaptalk1465586611268.jpg

Running so hot that this has to hit..right?
    uploadfromtaptalk1465586663508.jpg

    Or not.
    uploadfromtaptalk1465586735044.jpg

    Grinding it back..

    Nice hit.
    uploadfromtaptalk1465586784445.jpg

Taking shots again at $5 level, usually a predetermined number of tries and typically no more than 3.
    uploadfromtaptalk1465586965877.jpg

    Finally leads me to this..
    uploadfromtaptalk1465587095138.jpg

    A 1 in 47 shot a 20k...

    Aaaand...

    uploadfromtaptalk1465587172374.jpg

Boooo! Had a good time watching the game and sweating that draw. Ended up cashing my Penguins MLB and under bet so fared pretty well that day.

Wezvidz will need to confirm but by this time my camera had died so I didn't have any more photos but believe we may have played some more caps before getting Secret Pizza and heading up to my terrace for some bourbon that I had received as a gift from the bride and groom for being an Usher in their wedding.

    uploadfromtaptalk1465587437666.jpg

The next day was even better as far as runs go as I found Super Double Double Bonus on my favorite machine..

Currently in transit at London Heathrow so will try to finish up tomorrow after settling in.

The Henry Ford Museum is located in Detroit and is probably the only thing worth seeing in that city.. it is quite run down..

As for Qatar , it's in development stage and has been for some time. Their goal is to be complete by 2022 Fifa World Cup but they still have a way to go. It has seen significant changes in the past 10+ years already and has a system which individuals in country are tied to a sponsor and the sponsor has a lot of control over the individual such as preventing them from leaving the country or changing employers and this has been one of the biggest complaints about human rights violations as the system allows for exploitation .

I know they won't take it if I'm not on and going on a later flight but I've had a couple of times where bags have 'caught up' to me later on so not sure how that works.

Thanks! I really dreaded the thought of not having my stuff, luckily I always bring an extra change of clothes in my carryon after learning the hard way before.

I've hit a few straight flushes but have long been pursuing that elusive royal...

Yeah no tickets, but if you're at the bar playing VP the bartenders are great and we didn't have any issues. Of course we tip well and we're regulars over the course of a few days but even when busy they were great. No issues like with some other places *cough* Aria *cough*

Day 1 we lost our Cavs bets but it was great seeing buckeye again. Lost a ton at craps and set the tone for the rest of the trip as 'catchup' mode. Lost more but half as much over the next 2 days combined compared to day 1.

The reason you see buckeye playing a lot of 25c and BP in the early pics is because I was trying to teach him the strict rules of parlay which worked out for me great on one of the early sessions. Parlayed one of my first 20s into this:

    followed by

    Lovvvve the Cosmo sportsbook

    Buckeye's balcony
    [IMG]

One of Buckeye's first chances at a big score (never had a handpay or Royal compared to my many)

Day 2 highlight was watching the Pens game and all our sports bets coming through.. this is when buckeye started venturing up to higher limits starting at $1 and jumping up to $2 and $5 for some splashing. Mainly DDB too (this was the day before he discovered Super DDB which is a game I had never even heard of).

My lone highlight while watching the game
    [IMG]

We were both good and toasty (I can especially tell by my bad math) when this $5 opportunity came up.. I think I was sweating buck when he said I'll play 10 hands at $5 and this was #10. Tim is the bartender you see coming over.. he was pretty nice after we got to know him, but Sones was by FAR the best bartender I've had at Cosmo. She was awesome.

Henry Ford Museum is in Dearborn, MI. There is a fabulous art museum and historical museum in downtown Detroit. There is more!!! Just have to know what's there. It is making changes. Some couple was featured on NPR as moving into an historical section of Detroit and fixing up the home.
