I'm not losing sleep over this. This is the first place I can recall even seeing it mentioned.

I think 6:5 blackjack (caveat: I'm not a player) is mostly to shear the casual, play-once-a-year tourist, and a reaction to the popularity of card counting, which done properly, works. I see it as an extension of worsening BJ rules.

In craps, I think there is a much lower proportion of "casual players" around the table, and dice control doesn't...um, is subject to debate.

OK...over the 12/3 through 12/5 period, we had the NFR & the Amazon convention in town... I did notice a lot of tables set at higher limits... even the El-Co had one of their crap-tables at $10... first time I've seen that there... but it was empty, while the $5 table was 90% full.
    I found that quite telling.

PS - another experience supporting the notion of always asking if a casino will lower a table minimum....we were at 'the D', and they had their Freebet table set at $15 min...and it was empty.
So, I asked them if they would lower it to $10, and they did... so, don't ever be too shy to ask...they may say no, but they could say yes!
