    My Trip Report

I wasn't going to post a report this time but today was eventful. I was not only upgraded to first class but had an empty seat beside me. I had to take that as a good sign right? When I got to four Queens the JOB machines were all full so I played DDB and hit a great hand on my first $100 of free play. After me going to JOB I lost a bit at my first machine and had just sat at a new machine when I hit my first $1 royal. Great first day.

Probably won't post anything new today. I'm going over to Wynn to play in a $600 buy in $250k guarantee poker tournament. If that goes well that will take the entire day and finish tomorrow... Unless lightening strikes quickly at binions this morning. Going to redeem free play and eat breakfast.

Please provide a summary of the tournament. I’ve always wanted to play in the higher stakes tourneys but worried my game isn’t up for that.

What I know so far is 25,000 chips with 40 minute levels. This is day 1c so the field is large and the prize pool Will probably blow past the 250k. I don't put myself on a professional level but have cashed in a number of large field tournaments with the best being 11th out of over 1,600 in a WSOP circuit event. Skill level aside, it takes a lot of luck in these big fields.

Nice hit! Not sure if you read @bubbakitty recent TR. He and I were playing VP at 4Q and 3 guys seemed to be trying to get BK's ticket. One sat between us and threw 2 fake 20's at BK's feet, another mentioned it, then a slot tech picked it up.

This report went off the rails... As usual. Bites out at the Wynn before 2nd break. Ultimately lost with 3 full houses. The final one was my AA vs big stack 99. Ace and 9 both on the flip and the turn was a 9. Sometimes it's just not meant to be. Went back to 4qs to play my Freeplay. The big ticket is the result of that and the smaller amount is the result of $100 I put in after cashing out. The warning from @Ty is appreciated.

Sunday I decided to play at the Orleans poker tourny. $300 buy in and I busted 12th place for $834. Nice return on a move to protect a really nice trip profit. Played there for 10 hours. At the airport waiting on my flight. It's been another fun one.

Off the rails. My kind of reporting. It’s what went wrong with rolling stone....they followed the crowd too late.
