I have no idea why, but I got an email from The Cosmo offering me 2 nights for free, (and the resort fees). I called and booked it right away. All Confirmed. 2 nights late November in a Terrace Studio with the balcony and kitchenette.

I have only signed up spent maybe $100 on 2 slots. That's it. The room is $200 per night then. Wow. Made my day. :confused2::licklips:

What was the wording of the email?? Was it something like come enjoy residential living space high in the sky or something?

Probably something along the lines of "exclusive offer for you" and "stay 2 nights on us" then something about the restaurants and casino.

Sounds like it's worth calling to check out. Seems like once a month I get the same purple envelope with the same 2 night offer and outside of a 10 hour craps session, I've only done the $100 freeplay bit(though maybe they want their $4k back from that?).

Got the same thing, changed my stay from aria back to the Cosmo. Wondering if this is for the back tower since that is the residential but I wasn't told there were any hooks like a time share presentation or anything of the sort when I booked it

From what I can tell, there is no catch. They've got me in a terrace studio or something like that. If I can remember, I will try to update this thread when I get back since it looks like I'll be there a few weeks before you.

Yes, Cosmo has been in a generous mood lately, showing aggressive offers even though I gave them almost no play on my last trip. I'm tempted to stay there again next week and play at MGM props as I did last time.

Received an email 'Stay 2 Nights On Us'. Enjoy 2 complimentary nights, Sunday - Thursday, high above the Las Vegas Strip. Offer valid November 18-Dec 25, 2013.

Just booked, have to pay resort fee, but still a good deal.

Got the same 2 nights. I've given Cosmo almost 0 play. The only gambling I did there was the lose $100 get 100 promo. I played 3 hands of $10 ddb vp ($50a pop). The just played the $100 freeplay at .25job until I could cash out.

Hmmm...resort fee must be new. I have never had to pay a resort fee with any offer there.

    Terrace Suite

The offer for me was the 'Stay 2 Nights On Us'. Enjoy 2 complimentary nights, Sunday - Thursday, high above the Las Vegas Strip. Offer valid November 18-Dec 25, 2013." A terrace suite with a balcony and kitchenette.

The lady on the phone said normally the resort fees are waived on comp nights but with this offer I would have to pay.

I asked to be put down for a high floor, not caring what direction, just a high floor. I'm NOT paying extra for fountain view. But I'm going a few days before Thanksgiving which is usually dead so I'll see if I can sweet-talk my way into a fountain view.

    Also...

I have to add... I am not their normal clientele. I'm 54 and a major low-roller. I get extremely excited if I win $300 on a trip. Won't be doing the clubs or the restaurants, (maybe Wicked Spoon), too pricey for me. Some trips it's a $2.00 hot dog at Casino Royale on the last day or two.

I'm still looking forward to sitting on the balcony sipping a cold one!

My wife just booked this deal. They put her in a terrace studio for a Sunday night. Hopefully be able to get upgraded to a fountain view during a slow weekend before Thanksgiving

I've used this offer 5-6 times over the last 18 months. I'm a mid green chip bettor on BJ and Craps. Service has really gonna downhill but I haven't stay in any other property in almost 2 years.

    Was there a promo code?

Or did you just call to get the offer?

    Offer

The offer email had a code but they didn't want it. The offer was on my Identity Card in the computer.
