Has anyone heard anything ?
Have a friend who emailed PS a week ago abd still no response.
I have not yet received my HGS points, but I'm anticipating Wednesday for putting them in my account.
I haven't, since I last spoke with my host after speaking with PS.
When you said the points are added on Weds, I guessed that was all we can do from our end now, once the forms are subbed.
I thought that maybe they would have sent something to the effect of … stay is validated or not or even a confirmation that the actual form was recieved ♀️
Never got a confirmation once I submitted the form in years past. I just sent it off and assumed they'd handle it.
I only did it in 2019, as that's the only time I've been in Vegas when it's on.
From memory, I just had to give my details to the host then, and she forwarded them to MLife to marry the 2 up.
Is there a phone number I can call? (And yes I did Google - the ones I found online did not work or were only for MLife hotel/show/dining redemptions from myVEGAS rewards) Email and the online support submissions seem to be going nowhere, so maybe if I (not actually) yell at somebody it’ll get stuff to shake out of the tree
Guess you could call mlife themselves, and ask if the rewards have been redeemed against your account/room?
mLife doesn't own Playstudios, so IMHO yelling at mLife won't do anything.
Wait until tomorrow. If they're not there by Wednesday (which is the usual date that the points go into your account), then start complaining to Playstudios.
HGS technically starts today., but the T&C from the promotion state:
"Your Holiday Gift Shoppe Gift Points will be automatically downloaded to your M life account and available for use in person at Bellagio between 11/26/21 and 11/28/21 (see hours below)"
So that means Friday.
Wait until Friday. If they're not there by Friday (which is the date stated in the T&C that the points go into your account), then start complaining to Playstudios.
I was more looking for a PlayStudios number; I didn’t try to speak to the MLife people because I knew that was a road to nowhere
Pretty sure PlayStudios doesn't offer phone support.
I thought I remember seeing an earlier post that you mentioned you secured at least one HGS reward. If you have the redemption code, you might have luck just redeeming it at the mLife desk...or is your entire Vegas visit contingent upon whatever you need to ask PlayStudios?
Yes, I do have the Bellagio event HGS reward confirmation (and I received the link to provide hotel info yesterday); I just haven’t heard anything about the Aria event redemption other than there were “issues” that my host said she was following up on, but that was over a week ago without a word from her since then

Now I just received an email from my host saying “I have spoken with my supervisor about this, the issue is that you are only able to purchase this Reward per one resort and since you have already purchased Bellagio we are hitting a road block. I have reached out to our rewards team to see if there is any exceptions to this and will get back to you tomorrow with their response.” BUT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR ONE REWARD FOR BELLAGIO AND ONE FOR ARIA OMFG SERIOUSLY WHY IS THIS HAPPENING (does anybody else have Taylor V as a host? Is there something I’m missing about how to communicate with her to get timely and fact-based responses? Because YIKES, y’all )…
just to let you all know….I’m currently booked into Bellagio. Arrived here yesterday on a fully comped stay, leaving Saturday. Went to the MLife desk yesterday regarding my HGS points (had already completed the form online) and despite her having some trouble with getting it processed initially, she confirmed that they had been activated and would be on my account on Friday. So I guess we just need to wait but shouldn’t be an issue.

Is there a (PlayStudios/myVEGAS) host supervisor or senior host I can email? Or would anybody be comfortable with providing their host’s contact info so I can try to get info from them? I’m at my wit’s end trying to pry any useful information or action from my host and would really like not to not get screwed because my host can’t (or won’t) provide the bare minimum of service
I do not have a PS host. My mlife host seems to have gone awol ♀️
No hgs points come through yet but then again , my whole balance of HGS points just disappeared as of 3 hrs ago.
Mlife vip services no joy either. They try put one through to mlife desk but no one is picking up
Does anyone show the points added when they view their MLife account yet? I don't, but if no one else does either then I won't worry about it yet and hopefully all will be good tomorrow.
They said Friday. That means Friday. Be patient.
