I am a Red Sox fan and they aren't going to win 90 games this year...sadly, especially if they trade Mookie.
Yankees could win 102 games, also, in my case, sadly...ugh

Oakland A’s a lock to go over. I think they will win 100 games at the minimum. Going to have best starting staff in baseball this year.

I think Houston may have a black cloud over them this year with the possible sign stealing scandal. Also without Cole, I wouldn't be surprised if they went under 97

I'm going to try and get over to a sports book in January to take the under on the Mets. Hedge my happiness for the season.

Houston under, I think the division will be better and they may take a slight step back.

To hell with the Reds, but I think Cincinnati will breeze well past 82. The rotation should be one of the best in the NL and I expect the lineup to be tough up and down. They signaled that they were flipping the switch from rebuild to contention when they went out and got Trevor Bauer with an eye on this year. I think they should be the favorites in the NL Central.

Wow the win totals are out super early this year. Last year they were released no earlier than the super bowl.

And not one but 2 teams at 100+? Easily a first and reflects severe imbalance between the haves and have nots for past several years, and perhaps an overcorrection.

Are there any prop bets available yet?

    My initial leans:

White Sox over - have been very active this offseason and should win 85+ considering how bad the AL Central is.

Rangers over - if Kluber is close to his old self and Gallo plays a full season, it should be a winning season in Arlington.

Angels under - still a sub .500 team due to their subpar pitching.

Good luck everyone, let's make 2020 another winning MLB season!

I think we all agree on Mets under. Total unproven puppet at manager, Braves will be better. I guess they're counting on Betances for the bullpen. No 87 wins there.
Phillies maybe over. I think Girardi gets them to 90.
Rangers are going to be my big over bet. They're really overhauling the pitching staff. Might be a decent long shot division bet

Any updated predictions now that it is the new year and have time to think? Liking White Sox and Reds overs. Heading to Vegas tomorrow.

I'm considering the over for the Pirates, but suspect they will let me down as always.

I would hold off betting on the Cardinals number. If they can swing a deal for Arenado (which is unlikely), I think the over is good. If they go in to the season with the current roster, take the under.

None of the players were punished and they are still a good roster but 97 is a high number, even if none of this stuff happened.

They won't be the same team. I took the under before all this stuff hit the fan. I wouldn't be surprised if they miss the postseason.
