The NHL home openers have already been announced. Vegas Golden Knights vs. San Jose Sharks on October 2. Full season schedule is due Tuesday at 9 am PDT.

I've ran way too well recently getting GnR tickets for November 2nd and it's awful early in the season for my beloved Pens to go West, but if they get a Pens/VGK game in that first week of November it will officially be more happiness than I deserve.

That gives the Knights plenty of time to work on their Penalty Kill.

The only time Pittsburgh is in Vegas is January 7 during the Consumer Electronics Show.

Ugh. Those tix are going to be outrageous. My plan, now that I'm STL based was to see the Pens play here in STL, and in CHI, Nashville, and Vegas next year. (And hopefully Dallas, if I can coordinate their visit to Texas with a work trip.) I miss living in DC where the Pens came twice a year and with easy access to PHL and NYC for more games.
