wonder how Costco will enforce that? Ask for your membership card when you are placing an order? Our 2 local Costco's have the food court outside, so you do not have to enter the store to get to the food court ( thereby showing your card on the way in)

If you are my generation, there are 4 dates etched in your brain. 02/22/1980 "Miracle on Ice", 01/28/1986 "Challenger Disaster", 06/17/1994 "OJ", and 09/11/2001 "9-11".

I’m a Costco member and I seldom use the food court, but when I do I often think it’s crowded. So, thanks Costco-it’s gotta help. Love it.

There are many people out here in the west that are boo-hooing the Costco decision. The Costco food court where I live is inside the building, so there is typically no problem. My thought is that I pay money for my Costco membership, and my taxes pay for social programs, so my Costco membership shouldn't have to pay for another "social program".

And if you are really old the date that sticks in mind is February 3, 1959, "The Day the Music Died".
RIP Buddy Holley, Richie Valens, and The Big Bopper.

First we have people with ill-begotten Diamond status using the lounges, now non-Costco members causing a policy change because they can’t keep their grubby hands off a $1.50 hot dog.

The humanity of it all beguiles me. What’s next? B boarding group people trying to get in the A line?

I have reconciled the "match" status Diamonds now that they have instituted a 25,000 level for "free" entry. Actually, it "shouldn't" bother me at all since I rarely use the lounges and don't drink alcohol.

IMO, Costco membership fees keep Costco rates low(er) on EVERYTHING in the store, including the food court.

    I usually go to the end of the "A" line with a C52 boarding pass . . . . . but I'm unofficially A61 since I'm "A-list".

Sorry to digress this thread. I'm done.
