Thank you! I've had a great time. Not glamorous but that's what I like.
Oh forgot to post that somebody won the double double bonus progressive this morning.
First of the day. Now I need to go dump some used champagne at the base of the Berlin Wall.
I think my wife found my lucky green rock in a ditch instead of a high-end Rock shop based on scratcher results.
-$150 on triple play BP. Trying some five play nickel DSTP. Played STP before but not DSTP.
This works. Just nickels but still fun.
One thing I do like about the Rams is their return to their uniform style from the 80s.
And again. This time I'll remember to collect my $5000 scratcher...doh!
High Roller because I'm winning on nickels.
Just had my first double multiplier. Only a couple 3oak but cool.
Not a bad place to watch while playing at my own pace.
Nice $30 hand!
Isn't it the Cleopatra slot that says "twice as nice"
Great hand to cash out and leave with. It's time to check out anyway.
Also turned $10 in freeplay into $29 on Buffalo gold
Loving your report... and I love playing nickel DSTP at MSS!! You can still get some darn good hits at 5cents; I have!
You still have a few hrs left, good luck!!
Oops, I put an UltX in here by mistake!
And I see you are checking out... looks like you still did good!
At the gate ready to go. Flying back into SFO on Alaska using miles for first class. Outside Village Pub at the gate but way too full to eat after my buffet debauchery today.
Today's gambling numbers...
Left the room with $600
Checked out of MSS with $631
+$31 for the day
Overall down $6 for the trip.
One of my favorite TR’s in a while. Outstanding job being down only 6 bucks.
Heck of a trip report. Congrats on coming out ahead too (-6 doesn’t count). Safe travels back home.
I stayed at California in Nov 2017. About the same amount of low rolling got me $19 cash toward my room.
Today at MSS Bconnected desk they said there was nothing for this trip except for a play $10 get $10 offer.
I guess part of their loyalty program changes?
Also, I asked at all the downtown casinos, except Golden Nugget, about tier upgrades for active duty and military vets. None of them do it. Employee at The D and Downtown Grand said it's something that's under consideration.
I read that Mlife and Total Rewards offer upgrades to Pearl and Platinum tiers respectively by showing your ID or DD214. I didn't make it to any of their resorts to try it out.
Things I didn't get done...
- Atomic Liquors
- The Mint Tavern
Traditionally I've flown out midday on my last day. I really liked what I did this time, reserving the room for tonight for a place to relax and fly out in the evening. I think that will be my plan for future trips, come in early Friday morning and leave late Sunday night.
Unfortunately my wife is not a Vegas or casino fan so I normally go solo twice a year to Las Vegas or Reno just for two or three nights max.
