$100,000 Raceworld Resorts World - how does it work?

I got this mail today and wanted to ask if any of you got the same and maybe knows how this works ?
There is no info about free entry to the tournement or details about what a "VIP Race Weekend Experience" is.

Last year it was a free to enter slot tournament, and a watch party hosted in one of those tented areas outside on the southern side of the resort, with free food/drink. Actually was pretty fun, if a bit quiet.
