I wonder why they say "warm house".

The TV show "Flipping Vegas" is click and stick, like a car wreck, I gotta see it. I was surprised that one of their flips had a "swamp cooler" or an evaporative cooling system in the house.

Have you rented a single room in a home via airbnb before? I rented a house at the beach for a weekend via airbnb, but I'm not sure I would like to rent a room in an occupied home and share a pool.

I would be surprised if it did not have a swamp cooler, the poor man's air conditioning.

We rent houses/cabins/condos/homes/flats/whatever for a good measure of our travels. Taking a room in an occupied residence seems weird, but then we don't bat an eye at a B&B.

    We love vrbo.com.
