    My Trip Report

I leave in five more days and I have installed the tapatalk app on my phone, so I hope to be adding pictures to the thread as the trip progresses.

We fly out of Seattle on Sunday the 10th on Alaska Airline and are staying at the Signature at MGM. I have a car from presidential to take us to the hotel and are hoping we can get the driver to make a liquor store stop on the way.

Thought about renewing our vows but we don't have any friends or family joining us on the trip.

The actual anniversary night I have Charlie Palmer Steak for dinner planned and the Foundation Room for a couple of after dinner cocktails. We pan on treating each night as if it were our anniversary.

We had been planning a trip to Europe but spent the money on a new roof on our house last year, so Vegas it is.

It is a print called Knight, Death, and the Devil by Albrect Durer from 1513 (I belong the SCA so am into Medieval things).

My desk is always in a state of clutter, because I am constantly setting up different bar code printers and other equipment (I test bar code printer windows drivers). I always have cables and power supplies and assorted manuals strewn about.

I have 1 1/2 hours of work left before vacation begins!

Congrats on anniversary. A friend if mine sold his barcode scanner business in Everett area within the last couple years. I live around there too

The action figure is one of those Intel guys in a clean suit from some Intel commercial many years ago.

I worked at Intermec, a Bar Code company, in Everett for 18 years.

    Small world huh?

Small world indeed. I think the lad name was barcode resale? I knew the owners.

A quick two hour flight. A great ride from presidential limo and a super nice driver.

Dropped off bags at bell desk at the signature and walked over to MGM for new MLife cards.

Sipping a mimosa at rain forest cafe with breakfast

Shopping, drinking and waiting for our room to be ready. The wife really needs a nap, the 2 AM wake up had caught up with her.

Picked up Love tickets for tonight.

Last night we had dinner at Samba with a MyVegas reward. I was pretty good, but meat is very filling. I ate less than I thought I would.

Played some slots waiting for Love and turned $20 into $175. Still down for the trip but we gamble for entertainment.

We both really enjoyed Love. I loved the music and over the top visuals. This was also MyVegas reward.

Breakfast buffet at MGM then out to shop and gamble. Buffet was a MyVegas reward and was decent but not great.

Played some electronic carps at Aria. I cashed out $120 up and my wife was up $80.
