Aria Center Suite

Has anybody ever stayed in one? What's it like?

I stayed at one on my first trip to Aria. The front desk offered an upgrade to the "Junior Suite" for $50/nt and I took it. Ours was the version of the "Center Suite" with a room number that ended in "102" and is closest to the elevator. We were in the north tower on at least the 33rd floor, as our hallway just had the single "branch". While there are floor plans on the Aria website for the Center Suite, the Junior Suite does not appear on their website.

I took rooster's advice and checked out YouTube. None of the YouTube videos were my same layout, but the amenities were the same as my "Junior Suite". The Center Suite on Floor 27 appears to be what is pictured in the vids. Room77 has some room placements and layouts. The room in the same spot on Floor 33 says "Deluxe Tower King" but I think that is incorrect, and believe it is in fact what they are calling the "Junior Suite".

The bathroom was huge, and included the legendary Toto Washlet in the throne room. There was a living area with a couch and a fridge with an ice maker. The layout was a little funky, and you don't have the extra half-bath. Since I was there with my wife on a birthday trip, the extra bathroom space, seating area, and fridge were worth it to us.

Center Suite
Cirrus Suite
Crystals Suite

Aria's website has floor plans, but I think Room77 has a couple of inaccuracies, like spicole said. You can make a guess where some of these are based on the shape of the floor plans, but because the building is so gangly, it's tough to be sure without pictures.

As for youtube, at least 50% of the videos on youtube that are tagged "XXXXX Suite" at any hotel are wrong. You usually have to look at a lot of them before you find one that's correct.

The front desk has binders that have floorplans for every floor. Next time I'm there, I'll ask about those suites.

My guess is that most of them are towards the middle of the buildings or wings - when a building is curved, you can only have so many rectangular rooms. Somewhere (usually in the middle), you have to have one or a few that are shaped like a keystone.
