Police say two suspects entered Caesars Atlantic City around 6 a.m. and at least one of them pulled out a gun before stealing two plastic boxes containing more than $180,000 in cash, NBC 10 in Philadelphia reported. The robbers then fled in a car

I am less surprised something like this can happen after my first encounter with Caesars AC security a couple of weeks ago. There was some big huge mouthbreather type who wanted to jump my brother, security was right nearby and I called them over. A little later it seemed like every security guard in the entire place was there and even though they were nice and kicked that guy out, they honestly seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They were like, "uh I guess we should get everyone's names" and a lot of them looked and spoke like teenagers. Basically, I didn't get any sense that these guys were actually trained or had any background in security, law enforcement, or anything like that.

I'm sure it's an "inside job" A current or ex employee probably outlined the whole job for these guys.

Not so fast. The helmet robber only got caught because he tried to hawk the $25k chips in an online forum.

He'd have been much better off stealing $1k chips. Those would have been much more difficult to track and easy to redeem.

Better to get $60k and be free than $1.5M and get caught.
