Game King is made by IGT... and yes, every casino in Las Vegas will have IGT video poker machines (every casino in Nevada should have them, and almost every casino in North America as well).

The "All Star Poker" machines are also IGT as well, same idea as the Game King machines (multiple games in one cabinet) but they have a much wider variety of games to choose from.

IGT also makes all those different variants like Spin Poker, Triple, 5 and 10 play, 50 play, 100 play, dream card, super times pay, trade up, wheel poker, chase the royal, pick-a-pair, etc

To add what Auggie has said, it's much more difficult to find a machine NOT made by IGT.

The most recent attempt to wrestle away igt's dominance was WMS's "MyPoker" which was a miserable failure. They've been yanked from CET Vegas and CET Tunica completely.

Bally's gamemakers are probably one of the biggest competitors and they are way behind.
