MyVegas New MyVEGAS Free dates into January

Some of the properties have the new dates out, but still no comp rooms up for Aria but shows the "exclusive room rates" through January. Not looking good.

 

I get the feeling that Aria is going the Bellagio route where they feel their rooms in a different class and would rather offer a discount on the room instead of comped.

For those wondering Mandalay Bay and Monte Carlo have not opened up dates into January yet.
Bellagio opened up rates into March.
Aria opened up rates into January.

 

Do the dates ever change? The date I need is not showing available right now. Might the calendar/available dates change?

 

Not only do they not change, but as they sell out, the calendars are not updated, so they make you think the dates they show are available, when lots of them are already sold out. Not the most effective system IMHO.

 

I got excited yesterday when it showed NYNY with dates for my trip in October . I bought a midweek bonus and weekend bonus then called to book, but no availability. :-(

 

They updated the calendar, but the actual awards are not updated. So, if you see availabilty on the calendar, and book the aware, they won't work. You have to wait til the actual award says "book through XXX date". It's getting really annoying. I remember the days of the 2 room free night at the Mirage, with ONE award, and NO resort fee

 

It looks like they changed the book by date to January 31, 2015 now.

 

Has anyone been able to successfully book past September?

 

Yep! Oct 3rd, one night at Monte Carlo. I booked a few days ago.
