Thinking of trying to stay there next trip but don't really want to go in blind. The reviews seem to be pretty good so far on the various review sites, but it's obviously a small sample size. The one negative I see is that the price is fairly high for even a basic room, so I am wondering what kind of offers/comps are available.
    Thanks all

Log into your TR account and check the rate calendar. I am only platinum, so my prices are over $100 per night. My brother who is diamond has free nights and received an invitation for three nights during their grand opening to be a " charter member" (would have gotten his picture on the wall or some such thing).

Yes, definitely check the rate calendar. I'm only gold but when I checked I could get free rooms - just not on the weekends. When I read the reviews I saw a lot of complaints about the noise from Drai's - so unless I was going on Monday-Wednesday night I personally wouldn't even consider it. Call me crazy, but I actually like to sleep when I'm in Vegas :)

I get great comps from the Mirage that no other place can beat, and only just started with TR, but I would love to stay here. As I mentioned in my trip report, I didn't stay in the rooms but everyone was so nice to me in the casino. The decor of that place is right up my alley, it's swanky but it doesn't make me feel like I don't belong. I love everything about this place so far and from what I read it's gotten great reviews. My next trip is in a few weeks so I'm going to do some more gambling here and see what I can get out of it.

Would love to hear more about this too. Loved the vibe of the place.

I'm still waiting for some people to post YouTube video tours of their rooms at The Cromwell. There don't seem to be any yet.
