SW sent a survey to me about my LAS flight which was 2 days ago

    I've never heard of SW sending a survey to anyone about their flight(s). Just got mine today but haven't responded.

    I've never received one, but I usually fly only once or twice a year. It could be common. you could probably search one of those frequent flier (flyer? I don't even fly enough to know how to spell it) forums to see if others have received them.

    I fly them about 20 times a year and have had 2 of them in the past 7 or 8 months... never before.
