    My Trip Report

Arrived in Vegas with my friend S at 1pm. Took the bus to the car rental annex. Picked up a car from budget. Needed it for 4 days. Got a premium car for 107.00 inc all taxes and bs airport fees. Good deal considering the car. Drove to the Wynn pulled in the tower suites entrance all with no problems. Checked in and room was ready and waiting. 1500 sq ft Parlor suite (RFB) with an adjoining room. Now it was about 3pm. Went down to the RFB lounge and powered down 2 jack and diets.. With a glass of veuve-clicquot champagne in my hand it was time to hit craps tables with S.
25k cl and 25k cash put on deposit. Looked around for a streaking table. Found one. waited as a couple points to hit. Then asked for a 7k maker and did my usual doey/don't 1700/1200 with odds that varies from 300 to 1200 and within 30 minutes was up 4650 and S up 2800 both playing the dark side. Played another 30 minutes as I try to play one hour sessions. Left the table up 4500. S was up 2700. So far one hour of play, 2900 avg, Theo was 1500... I met up with Nate later that night. Showed him how and explained why I play the way I do. Nate is a great guy and really down to earth. When we started to play at Nates table I took out a 5k marker as nate took out a 500k (all whites) marker! Very cool to see especially due to him wiping out all the chips at the table!! The table was out of chips! He took them all! If he went on a roll at that point they had no chips to pay him! Anyway, we played for 15 minutes or so and I showed him how I play. I won he lost a very little. It was fun as we had a little banter back and forth. Spent a little more time together and then it was dinner time.
S and I went to Alegro. I had the best Veal bone in parmesan I have ever had. It was huge and very tasty. Also had minestrone and a chopped Caesar. All really good. S had a pepperoni pizza, and some kind of pasta..
Friday night gambled for 2 more hours. It went like this... 7 loser, 7 loser, 4, 6, 4 loser. Then, 3 winner, 6, 8 , 8, 4, 7 winner. Then 11 loser, 4, 8, 5, 5, 4 loser and so on. Back and forth at every table. Drak side lost so did the right side. Only winner Friday was the house. End of Friday numbers were
3 1/2 hours, 2900 avg and Theo was only 4900. Still up for the trip but only 1000.

I was hoping to hear your side of the story Packer. Please write more when you have the time.

When you played at Wynn did you rent clubs or bring our own? I rented when I played there in Oct. but it just wasn't the same as if I would have been swinging my own sticks.

    Thanks for sharing.

2nd day Saturday started out at the Wynn golf course. Nothing like rolling out of bed having room service bring you breakfast (ham, cheddar and egg white omelet, fresh squeezed oj, oatmeal, fruit, side of well done bacon and pitcher of coffee) and then walking out your door to your own golf course. Oh the bill for breakfast was 80 bucks inc tax and tip.
Yes golfnut, brought my own clubs! Would never rent. Actually the fee at the wynn includes shoes and clubs. You must take a caddy and you pay for that with a tip. I always ask for Charlie. Ex pro who really helps with the greens and works hard. Charlie also had great stories and knows all the ins and outs of the wynn. So you know the caddies make an avg of 60 per player. I tip 80. Except this Saturday where I had the round of my life so I tipped 100. S (who is a 2 and myself a 10 handicap) Met Nate out on the course stayed playing. Nate is really good and plays really fast! Me and s like to play fast as well so we were done in 3 hours or so. Nate had a good swing and he is lights out with the putter. The Wynn has golf tournaments and would love to play in them with Nate next time. We would make some money and maybe win the entire tournament! Nate let's do it! Need your help to get me and S enrolled!! :) Great to play with Nate and get to know him a little better. We had fun talking shit to each other about the right side and dark side.
My have started out par, par, triple, par double followed by 4 pars. Front 9, 5 over... Back I pared the first 5 holes and then on 15 and 16 went birdie birdie. 17 had a 10 footer for birdie and missed. 18 was a par. So 2 under on the back and 5 over on the front with a double and a triple! Shot my best score ever! 73!!! S also shot a 73. I couldn't have been happier. At least at golf. Oh one story, I took a hundred out of my pocket and told charlie if he gave me the right read on a birdie putt and I make it the hundie was his. I made it and I paid!
    More to come.

Oh, golf fees are 500 each. Yesterday they just started summer rates 375. By the way the course is in the best shape right now that I have ever seen it in. Greens are perfect and running at an 11..

I played there last oct. and plan on playing again this oct. I also tipped the caddie $100 but not because I had the round of my life though. I am trying to decide if its worth the hassle of dragging clubs along for one round. I did bring my own shoes though, renting those just wigs me out.

I could only golf with my own clubs. Even if it was only one round. that's just me. As far as the tipping thing I gave him 100 extra when he gave me a great read in a birdie putt. I made a lot more than that from my friend on that putt! I gave him another 80 at the end. Usually tip 60 to 80 depending. They are expecting at least 50 per person.

After golf we went to the Terrace point café. We had unbelievable red velvet pancakes (As big as a cake), Corned beef hash skillet and we had to try the Brioche French Toast. Brioche was the best with the pancakes coming in a close second. Then rolled out of the restaurant to the tables. Went to play Baccarat in high limit. 500 min but I know them and asked if I could play 200 and floor sup said ok. played 50 hands with 21 bankers and 29 players. This time I was mostly on the player so I won 1000 and walked. Did want to be rated due to the low avg.
Quick story. Was walking thru the casino on my way to craps tables, pass a girl walking the other way say hi as we passed each other, she says do you know how to get to the tower suites pool? Told her I was going that way and I would show her. (really wasn't but she seemed nice and harmless) She said she better get a drink first so stopped in the RFB room and got her a drink and talked for a few minutes. Really nice young girl in college visiting from Montana. Im old enough to be her dad. She asked harmlessly if I was going to lay out too? Being the degenerate gambler I am I told her no im on my way to the tables. I asked her if she wanted to come along and I would show her how to play. She did. Went to craps, I took out a small marker (2000) just to have fun and had her roll. Her first time by the way. 30 minutes later she had made 5 points and many rolls in between. Turned 2k into 4k! cashed out and handed her 500 for making me money! She wouldn't accept it. Ok.. We then went to the pool. Kinda fun hanging with this 22 year old. Wise beyond her years. She actually didn't mind hanging with a 50 year old either. Had some drinks went swimming laid out and had enough as it was only 106 out. I asked her harmlessly if she wanted to see the suite? She said sure. Went up showed her and as we were leaving she asked if I wanted to stay in the suite and "watch a movie" Dammit! It figures. I guess she didn't really like me at all. Surprise! really never would have guessed she wanted 5k from me. Especially after turning down the 500. Pretty funny and told her NO! What a turn off.
Saturday night dinner and gambling next..

Wow, Summer Rates are at $375. That is crazy...but seems like if I ever play that course...its going to be in the summer. The course always looks in great shape....maybe this summer its time to splurge.

She's a liar, I've lived in MT all my life and have never seen a hot hooker. That sucks though, sounded like she was into.

I did negotiate with her. I asked her to pay me 500 and she turned me down. I really did!

Yup, she obviously thought she could get a lot more than the 500. She was smarter or dumber than I thought. Nate, I did invite her to golf as she said she was a golfer. She was a no show.

If she won 2K at the craps table for you, then it would have only been 3K net to be with her.

Seriously, if you meet a young woman in the casino and she is friendly to you, she's got be a hooker.
