Once again the plaza does not have any working Tito machines. This is the last straw for me and I'm done playing here. I had to walk all the way across the casino to the cage and stand in a line 8 people long to cash a ticket. Things that are simple for other casinos are like rocket science for the plaza, unbelievable. What a poorly run property!

I love the Plaza, but this is ridiculous. If I am ready for bed or something else, waiting in line to get my ticket cashed in is not "personalized" customer service. Get your act together.

    Hi everyone,
Please understand, TITO machines have to be filled at various times throughout the day. This does not mean we do not have our act together, this is just a part of technology that occurs. I am not sure what time our TITO machine was down however, I am sure it was down for either to be filled or a small glitch within the system. When this time occurs our staff takes less than five minutes to restore and/or fix the machine. Our TITO machine is up and running strong. :)

So are you saying that there is only one TITO machine? Don't most places have multiple TITO machines?

We need to give them more business so they have enough cash on hand to keep the suckers full lol

Actually they didn't have any a while back, they put the one in as a "service" to people who complained and then bragged about it. Impressive huh?

They had the audacity to claim that people get better service by going to a live person, than those cold, impersonal machines.

feadolphus, I am still waiting for your response on this topic from the prior thrread, when you told us that removing all ticket cashing machines was something where the Plaza was just doing what others were doing. I simply asked for a list of other casinos that removed their ticket machines, yet still have no reply from you! Who else removed all their machines altogether?

You also told us that removing all the ticket machines was a positive for the customers

"we made the decision that it would be an improvement to our customer service to have an interaction at the cage with one of our employee’s vs. the machines."

If this was such a positive as you told us recently, why backtrack and add back one machine? Surely according to what you have posted, this has now reduced customer service.

Can you clear this all up for us feadolphus?

There is nothing to clear up. I passed the information that I was told to pass concerning the issue. It is now a dead issue. Thank you.

There is nothing to clear up concerning the above. At the time I inquired and was given the answer to provide as I fought to bring back at a minimum of one TITO machine. Whether you understand or not, I have bosses to answer to and who monitor what I post on the message board. My bosses have been very attentive to my customer questions and have been very liberal in making various changes. I can only inquire and push certain limits as with any professional position. Thank you.

Okie. I get the decision is not yours to make. But please pass on to your bosses that ONE TITO machine is a joke. We, your potential customers loathe waiting in lines with a passion. We love lots of TITO machines. Until I learn of more TITO machines at the Plaza don't expect to get my business.

You can put lipstick on a pig - but its still a pig. We, your potential customers, are not idiots buying their ridiculous reasoning (psst! They don't write my paycheck so I don't have to nod my head in agreement with their Corporate Blathering.)

    Peace

i little note on how the proberty is run, i checked in the 3 days, i went to my room and noticed the lock on the door was broken, you know the latch on the actual frame.. ok, i though no big deal until some of my sports betting tickets went missing, then everything went into the safe..... last day i was there, i decided to try to jam my room key betwen the door and frame, what do u know, it opened faster than if i used it the right way... ughhhh so i made a note of this on my check out and request a call back, NO CALL BACK, i called security and they questioned me and said why didnt you call the 1st day we would never rent a room like that, i said look, im not asking for anything, just DONT allow this to happen to someone else.. he said ill check it out and call you back, ha ha , NO CALL BACK... i called the MGR and left a message, no CALL BACK... oh well.. all i wanted was this brought to someone attention... yet no call back, my advise is just watch your own back on this property... PERIOD

TITO machines must be expensive to operate and maintain. Mgt. must be weighing the casino traffic vs. installing more TITO machines. One more would be nice. One on each side of the casino.

This is the epitomy of first world problems, people complaining about not having a machine to cash their money out in. People managed in the 50's 60's 70's 80's and 90's without a tito, I think we will all be able to make it now! Man, what is this world coming to?

Sorry, but they need to be competitive. Every other property has TITO machines conveniently located in their casinos. I used to love playing at the Plaza bar, but I may change my mind on my upcoming trip if they don't get more.

Exactly, no valid reason not to have them, making people line up at the cashier, where most of the time there is only a single teller, is not good customer service. It's kinda like the situation at the new gold spike, where they had machines that had all hand pays, meaning that even a payout of a few bucks required a wait for a slot person, did it cause them to go out of business(maybe, maybe not), but it didn't help.
