The deal was announced over a month ago.

    If not, when will they?

Is the casino being run by the same management as before the sale?

This is a very good question. I looked at their financials after their name was brought up as being the new owners and it looks like Cosmo only makes up a small portion of their holdings. However, they did get a great deal on it so I invested in the company, also providing a >4% dividend. They are still buying and in healthy shape!

My company was bought out by another huge company. Didnt hear a peep from the parent company for about 4 years when we started getting things with the new letterhead on them. Soon as that started it was fast but up until then. nothing.

I heard from my host that they are still in escrow until end of year or something like that....but foresee no hiccups...

After that, the sale has to be completed before you see a peep out of new ownership
