    My Trip Report

This will be my first attempt at a live report. I am doing this with good intentions but we all know how that goes once the trip is underway. This report will be full of coupon use, promotion chasing, full pay VP and a little live poker. The reason I mention the report being long in the title is that we will be there for 13 nights (all comped). The itinerary is:

    3 nights at the D
    3 nights at Four Queens
    2 nights at Cosmopolitan
    2 nights at Suncoast
3 nights at Main Street Station (booked for 4 but sleeping there 3 nights)

    Meals:

A lot of meals are comped upfront. We will probably be out of pocket for a few meals but will try to take advantage of coupons and promotions for these.

    Transportation:

We have a rental car. We don't drink and really enjoy the mobility that a car allows. I was able to get a full size rental through Avis via priceline for $13 per day plus tax. This is our biggest expense. We are flying from the east coast but using miles for the flights.

    Gambling:

Assuming we make it to all the places with offers, we have the following:

    $280 in match play
    $900 in free play
$10 in added cash for poker

We are low rollers in the sense that we play .25 VP. Royals are necessary on a trip of this length due to the number of hours played. If you combine the two of us, we probably log 16 hours a day (10 for me and 6 for my wife).

    To finish this initial entry:

6/25 is a travel day. We will arrive in the evening and have dinner at Pasta Pirate (using a 2-1 coupon and points). Probably only a couple of hours VP that night but the next morning the pace will pick up.

Charlotte, so this time of year is roughly a 4 1/2 hour flight.

Good luck. Looking forward to the updates. I'm definitely jealous of what you're able to get out of the casinos playing the full pay.

We have silver card at main street for the last part of the trip which covers the buffet. Otherwise, we have coupons for a free buffet with 250 points earned. I plan on using that on the day I claim my $50 June free play.

Wow! A 13 day trip. I would love to do a 13 day trip. It would be hard for me, though, I don't think my bankroll would last that long.

    Have fun, and Good Luck!

So far so good. Avis upgraded to a Chevy Captiva with 800 miles on it. Fantastic vehicle for 13 per night. Ate filet and prawns at Pasta Pirate using a 2 for 1 coupon with the remainder in points. Great meal for the cost of a tip. I've turned in a 10x cash back coupon at the D which amounts to 1% for the next 24 hours. Going down to hit the machines for a while collecting $50 free play to start.

Ended down a little last night but went to bed early. First stop this morning is the Golden Gate. I need to earn 25 points on each of our cards. I normally don't consider the vp to be playable but we have a coupon for pancakes at Dupars so a good breakfast play.

Noteworthy as a $200 quad but also check out the old school machine.

Not picturing all quads. Two straight flushes so far which is pretty rare. Coin out machines are rough. It is spitting coins at me on premium hands so a constant cycle of heading to the cashier. Only using 20's.

Is that the 10/7 Double Bonus bank upstairs at the D? Always fun times trying to carry multiple cups of coins down the escalator. Will be hitting those in a couple weeks :) with my ACG freeplay coupon.
