    Hello Again Everyone,

I have heard that the pools at Aria are really nice, but would like input from anyone that has personal experience with them.

My husband and I will be staying at Aria Aug.31-Sept. 4 and we always like to relax by the pools and spend either the morning or afternoon just hanging and people watching.

I am in my late 50's and my husband is in his 60's.

We no longer are into the party pool, such as Liquid, but we are not ready for the geezer crowd either. LOL

We don't mind music at all, at the pools, but I don't want to have to shout to talk to my husband either. And we definitely would be using one of the other pools, just not liquid.

Any comments, advice and suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks again...

I think Aria will suit your needs. Outside of Liquid, there really isn't a party pool vibe.

The Aria pools are gorgeous - there are three of them - and with all the palms trees it is very tropical feeling and relaxing. The pools are also not very deep - they are large but more like wading pools.

Liquid is not open early in the morning so you should have no trouble at all.

There are also a couple of outdoor Jacuzzis which I love. You can always ask what days and times Liquid is open - it is not nearly as annoying as Marquee at the Cosmo!

I agree. When my wife and I are in Vegas, if we are not at the Mirage we stay at Aria. You will not be disappointed in the pool.

The Aria pool complex is very nice. They also have chairs you can rent that are only $15 each! (Now I know many don't like to pay for chairs, but........) They are a great deal because they are in a sunny and prime location AND you can come and go during the day if you like, without having to worry about losing your chair.

I also wanted to add that there is music piped in to the Aria pool for ambiance, but it is not loud or intrusive at all.

Yeah, I remember wishing the music was actually a little louder last time I was there. In certain spots you can barely hear it.

    da1chifan,

I definitely will be renting chairs for hubby and I. And the 15.00 is not bad at all. IF I win big, I'll rent a cabana. LOL

Thank you for the info about the chairs. I appreciate it.

I know I'm resurrecting an old thread - but I had a question about the sun at the Aria pool. My only experience has been with PH that is very shaded earlier in the day. Am I going to have a hard time finding the early day sun at the Aria pools?

I often go in the morning and there is always sun at the ends of the elliptical pools.

Awesome! Thank you! I'm quite excited to try the other side of the Blvd for a change :) (with a step up too!)
