Couldn't find any info on their website. If I remember correctly it's 40 points = 1 dollar but I don't remember the coin in required per point when playing video poker. I'm thinking of taking them up on their room offer next month.

Correct .... $8 coin-in equals 1 point on your card. And then 40 points earned will equal $1 cash-back.

    Soooo .... 8 x 40 = $320 coin-in to get $1 cash-back. $1 divided by $320 = .003125 or .3125 %

That fits with the calculation I had related to the 500 free points with the American Casino coupon (double for one session) That coupon is then worth $12.50, which in most cases pays for the book. I also priced a cap there and it was outrageously expensive I thought, but then the most I pay for a cap anywhere is $2.
