Is anyone else having problems getting the site to accept a Companions total reward number?
Before they redid the site I never had any problems.
Now anytime I put in my wifes number it tells me it cant authenticate companion.

I was able to book a trip then as well.
Last few months though when I go to look at the calendar for any dates it gives me the same error message.
I guess Ill have to call them.

Tried booking a trip for July and ran into issues. Would not accept two guests in search block and when I selected the comp rooms I was given, I was charged the full room rate. The site is horrible and I am disappointed in the change.

I was looking at rooms for a trip in July just as they were switching over and it showed CP comped, (that RARELY happens to us). But when I tried to book online it came up with a room charge. I logged out and back in and same thing happened. So I called their reservation line and a very nice lady looked up CP for our dates and we would be charged (whatever was coming up on the TR site when trying to book). She could not explain the discrepancy but said she had to go with what she was reading. I completely understood but since then I don't have near as much confidence in the new system. Also when I put in companion # and type in the dates, the # of travelers resets to 1. I just hope the rates I see are for both #'s. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it,"

Is there a limit at the number of offer I can book?

I have a few reservations active at this time: one comp night at Bally's in July, two com nights at Rio in August and another two comp nights at Bally's in September.

I was trying to book another comp offer for Rio at the end of July and the TR website doesn't allow me because I reached the maximum amount of reservations.

I wasn't aware that there is a limit! Does anyone one else have this problem.

If you can't get it to work just call the 1-800 number for registration and they person working with you can enter both. Sure makes a big difference on price or a full comp .

Yes I can call the number I guess :)

I was just curious to know if this happens to other people as well. I've read many times on this board people making reservation through the TR website for the whole year and I didn't think there was a limit to the number of reservations that one can make.....
