MyVegas MyVegas Monorail reward

I purchased the My Vegas monorail reward. But when we were in Las Vegas in March, we never could find a manned booth to try and redeem the award.We were staying at Harrahs and checked all the stations close by. What is a person to do?

 

I was in Vegas in March also, and I redeemed mine at the one booth at the MGM. I plan to do it again next month.

 

We were there in March also and redeemed ours at the Harrah's/Quad station with no problem.

 

What time of day did you redeem your reward? We were trying to redeem fairly early in the morning.

We did ours at Ballys a couple different times. It was late morning I think.

 

I was there in February. Booths open as someone said above at 9am. The morning I redeemed mine the worker was 20 minutes late as they had a staff meeting but other than that no issues redeeming. A brilliant reward as I was all over the place up and down the strip
