You know you've been in Vegas too long when......

....you're trying to figure out which is the lucky bathroom stall...elevator......stool at the bar.

........your sister tells you on the plane ride home that the sunset out the plane window reminds her of the one on the Bufallo slot machine( & you agree)

.......when same sister tells you on her first trip to Vegas that she's positive the casino piped in the sounds of the slot machine's coins dropping down in the tray in her hotel bathroom.

......when you close your eyes to try & go to sleep....all you see are cards and slot machines

Remember when you first arrived and the excitement when you hear "Wheel....Of....Fortune".

You know you been in Vegas too long when you hear "Wheel....Of....Fortune" and want to toss the damn machine out the window.

Oh man this is the worst. Last trip I drank for like 16 hours and went to bed completly shitfaced. When I closed my eyes all I could see was spinning reels and I had this really loud ringing in my ears that was never ending slot machine noice. It was bad.

When going to clubs/strip clubs do not get you excited, alcohol doesn't even give you a buzz if you can even still drink it and you do not want to gamble even if you have any money left.

If you ever went in the days of coin droppers and it got to the point of being all you heard going to sleep and in your sleep.

When you take a shower before bed and you notice all the felt residue from the craps and BJ tables that is under your finger nails, no matter how short they are clipped.

Ouch. I actually did the opposite of that once - went to the airport at 7:00 pm Wednesday night for my 7:00 am Thursday flight.

You start to get annoyed. Every time were on the plane leaving McCarran we say this will be it for a while and take a few years off of Vegas. Yet that feeling disappears after 2 or 3 months and we plan a return.

Not sure why but this is the only vacation place that generates the feeling. I am slowly starting to gravitate toward Caribbean destinations for vacations so this summers trip to vegas, which I am still trying to lock down, could be the last.

Of course, ive heard that before.
