Now they are depending on "Olive Garden" to provide most revenue. That is a recipe for disaster, unless every Italian on Earth has their taste-buds scorched. LongHorn is ok though, used to go there with wife on occasion until they got rid of the chili we liked. Now that I recall we also had a few consecutive "bad service" experiences. There are just too many locally-owned, very well-managed restaurant options with incredible food in Chicago to waste even a meal a year on a Darden restaurant. They are the CET/Harrah's of dining.
Casual dining is hurting. Old blue hairs would rather sit home as prices are spiking on everything I myself think red lobster and Olive Garden is over priced garbage In long run this will be a good thing
