Need contact info for MLife desk at NYNY

    Can someone help me figure out who I need to contact about something? Before we checked out on Saturday from NYNY the lady at the MLife desk said she would take a dinner off of our room that we had charged the first night, plus our resort fees (we were on MyVegas comp). She did remove the resort fees from our second night but the dinner and first night's resort fee charge came through on my cc.

    If I call the MLife reservation line I doubt they will be able to help with it - so maybe I need to contact that desk directly on property? Or is there possibly an email? I could email a host but we aren't really host-worthy so I don't think that would help.

    I think it got screwed up because it was a back to back MyVegas linked reservation and early the first morning the desk checked our room out and checked the new res in - before we even woke up. The dinner and resort fee charged was from that first night.

    Anyway, if you have any ideas let me know!

    call ny ny vip service or call the ny ny hotel directly ask to be switched to the mlife desk in there property , just make sure your call stays at there property and have your players card handy

    thanks guys, i hope they fix it. We went to the desk just to ask about that one meal we charged...she said oh yeah she'd take it off, along with giving us a starbucks credit and a breakfast comp....she even said "why didn't you charge more to your room?" (we had $200 in TR credits so most eating was done at CET properties) so I was surprised it finalized as a charge on my statement. I'll give them a call tomorrow.

    But, my luck with fixing stuff after leaving has been less than.... well... less...

    I called them today. Got some uber-snotty guy at the VIP services number...had about the same luck as you. He wouldn't take it off!
