I am looking to stay at Caesar's for a couple of night- Is the Forum tower pretty nice to stay at? Which tower is the one to not stay at?

The Forum tower is not bad. Most if not all the Forum rooms were probably remodeled 2 years ago or so. Just don't stay in the Romain towers. Don't expect any nice views. If view is a concern, I recommend Augustus tower rooms. They're newer and closer to strip and has nice views.

I believe the Forum is the most outdated tower there is. The best are the Augustus Luxury (Room facing the Belagio fountains) or the Octavious tower which is the newest of them all but you can only get a room facing the pools. Hope this helps. We have two free nights coming up in June and we opted for the Augustus Luxury for the view.

Avoid the roman tower! Fun fact: a lot of rooms in that one have no bathroom door because ADA compliance rules meant that with one they are not wheelchair accessible due to width so they just took the doors off some of them to get a pass. Useful fact: they have a list of doorless rooms and they will swap you if you get stuck in one as it's a legitimate beef.

Alana, you are not correct. They are the most recently updated with the exception of NOBU. About 2 years ago. I like that they are right in the Forum casino so easy access to the casino and the Forum shops. No tubs in rooms though or at least the one we stayed in pre remodel.

Roman tower has not been updated.

I concur with kevinandbeth...........i stayed at the Forum rooms last August. It's the Roman rooms that are old and nasty.

The Forum rooms don't have much of a view but otherwise the rooms were fantastic.

The Roman rooms were built in A.D. 37-41, about the time of Caligula.

Forum is nice. Only thing to note is large standing shower and no tub at all.

Roman is the one to avoid.

If you use the self park, the Forum is closest to the garage too.

I've stayed in both the Augustus and the Forum and I liked them both a lot (duh...)

With Augustus the room was HUGE, I got a corner room so I had two sets of windows (one facing the fountains) and a doorbell (a first for me). It had a big tub and shower and the bed was huge. The only "bad" thing about it is I don't like to valet and the self park is REALLY far away.

We stayed in the Forum on our last CP trip and the room is smaller and it only has a shower, but the bed was more comfortable and I found that I didn't miss the extra space in the room at all.
I really liked being close to the self park, that's a huge perk in my mind.

Stay away from the roman tower!! Can't go wrong w Augustus, palace or Octavious towers..forum was redone 2 years ago..so it's a solid room. If you are planning on being at the pool a lot the palace tower is right there...bit of a walk from the strip/check in, but it couldn't be easier from a pool stand point. Octavious is new and a really nice room, large, but it can be a hike to get places. Just stayed at Augustus last month and i found it to be closest to the strip, great view and if you need it(I did!) a Starbucks pretty much right by the room elevators. Did I mention to stay away from the roman? Even if its free! Caesars size can be a little overwhelming the 1st time, but after a day or so you should have a good feel for the place.

Even my gf who works at the palace says it's pricey. She got us a couple of nights at the Paris in a Calais suite while I was over and it was amazing. Can I suggest you look into that instead? Few pics attached. No idea what the rack rate is I'm afraid. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
