Has anyone done the Da Vinci exhibit at V/P? Is it worth a few hours of Vegas time?

I visited the exhibit when it was at the Venetian last time. It is at the former Guggenheim Art Museum just off of the check-in area. They have re-created many of his inventions (scaled down versions). I found the exhibit to be very interesting. DaVinci was a true genius with almost unlimited talent. I thought that this was a great way to learn something new while enjoying my vacation. Check it out; it's worth your time.

I saw the exhibit outside Vegas, and it was great. I really loved seeing all his inventions. There is no way I'd use his first version of the parachute. :haha: Dan loved the fighting machines.

[Off-Topic] If you like DaVinci - read Malice of Fortune. It's fiction, and really not about DaVinci, but his role in the novel is really interesting. Well, to me, because I love mysteries & crime procedurals. I especially love historical crime procedurals. (Ariana Franklin is another who, before she died, wrote a series in a similar vein though different time period/location)

This sounds like a must see for my wife and I. We are ancient history buffs.
