As a kid, my mom and I used to visit colleges in every city we visited. I really had planned to see UNLV on my last visit, but never made it there. This trip, I'm going on my second day. Bookstore and hoodie sweatshirt here I come.

My daughter goes to unlv, the library is actually (they say) the biggest building on campus, even bigger than the Thomas and Mack center. It's very modern and very nice. There's a few open spaces that are real relaxing with grass and trees. The only thing is that parts of the campus are really loud because they are under mccaren flight paths and the planes are NONSTOP. The kid loves it there if anybody cares lol ....
