Do y'all think there's a "sweet spot" in each game where the payouts are better at betting one amount versus another? On the advice of another recent thread, I've been playing Monster Maniacs at 6,000 for the past few days and it seems to be working splendidly. And Frontier Fortune and Luxor generally seem to respond at 1500 (or maybe it's 1200 for one of them).

Have you found this to be the case with the games? If so, which games have you found paying off more at what level? Maybe it's just my imagination and there are just good days and not so good days and it has nothing to do with the amount bet.

I haven't noticed a sweet spot but I have noticed that when I play on my account, I'm at level 185 - and I bet say 600 a spin...my payouts are much larger on average than when I play on my husband's account - he is at level 48 - and bet the same amount and hit the same thing.

I think it has to do with the level you are on.

I finally hit 2 million chips the other night playing Frontier Fortune at 6000 a spin but burned through them quickly last night after playing 30k per spin. :( I leveled up quite a bit tho!

Given that many of the games are associated with specific hotels (Mirage, Luxor etc), I would have thought that My Vegas is equitable across all the slot variations, so that they all get equal publicity/play. Imagine if Mirage was universally recognised as the "best" and Luxor the "worst" games to play - not good for Luxor and not good for My Vegas.

I think you might find more than a few people argue with that "universal" opinion. For example, I am not sure I have found anyone who appreciates Farm. I do like Mirage but am not sure it has any better payout than Frontier Fortune. For pure speed of play, Bet Rock is the fastest because it has no side games other than the free spin.

I have noticed that after playing a while at 1000 on Lucky Birds, if I drop to 200 or 40, within a short while I'll hit a jackpot that can be shared. I don't do this often as generally I just clear my chips at 1000 level, but sometimes if I'm bored I'll drop down and see what happens.
Going broke at the 40 level also lets me ask a friend and I can do that three times in a row. So I do it to share chips and get me a few more for later.

At 1000 I'll not usually be very lucky. However, it is very efficient on turning red chips into loyalty chips and that is generally my goal rather than any intrinsic value of the game itself.

What is the strategy behind playing $30k per spin? Maybe I'm wrong but I thought $1000/spin was the most efficient way to turn XP into LP, which is really the point of the game. You can level up faster but that's not a huge advantage, is it? What's the LP reward for leveling up at level 185? It's only 250 at the level I'm at.

I dunno! Depends on the day. Usually I go along just fine, but I just blew all my credits on mobile and facebook!! I always bet either 1000 or 1500. Unless I'm trying to level up for some reason.

I haven't felt a game was particularly bad except Bet the Farm. I hit bonuses all the time on everything else. There are some I just don't like, like the MGM one because it is super annoying, and in general I don't like any with the hi-lo bonuses. I want to spend the least amount of time playing, for the most reward. Some of them have bonuses that take too long.

Heather, you are so right. MGM is hideously annoying, you almost want them to lose in order to shut them up!

It's 1000 LP, so it's a bigger deal. But betting 1000/spin on slots is still the most efficient use of those games. But...if you are willing to play blackjack, then betting big has its advantages. Especially if they offer 2X LP on level ups. When they did that for One Drop, I leveled up 23 times in about 4 hours, and gained chips in the process.

$8500 on Bet The Farm is mine ... Consistently hit at that price range ... Can't find another game or price point to match my success there
