I'm sure they have that (or maybe it's Village People Party, very similar) at the Margaritaville Casino.
I can't say for sure, but I would suspect that Mirage has it: they have a section of a few rows of slot machines next to the craps tables and that has most of the WMS games from that same era.
I'd be really surprised if they didn't. Most MGM places still seem to have it. I'm pretty it was at Mirage the last time I was there in November 2013. It was also at Bellagio and MC. I didn't go through TI then, but it was there a year ago. I don't recall seeing it at Palazzo or Venetian in November. For (almost) up to the minute info: Monte Carlo definitely had it yesterday because I was playing it. I know MC isn't close to Mirage, but if you really wanted to play the game and you were centre/center strip it will save you trawling round other locations.

Also just confirmed that both SJP and VPP are still in Margaritaville. Just to the right as you walk from the main casino into the Margaritaville Casino area. (Did not win on either, tho ...)
If that's the slot with that stupid party horn sound effect, I LOATH that thing. I played blackjack someplace (I forget) and someone was killing on that machine nearby. Every 20 seconds that stupid horn sound and REAL loud. Yuuch!
