When they were the little sister of Hertz, our travel office used them quite a bit. I never had any trouble. They even did not push back when I said I would be using my credit card insurance.

At least for the times I used them the line (in LV at least) was surprisingly short. However, I've seen it out to the middle of the hallway a couple times, fortunately not when I had a reservation with them.

Mostly good experiences with Advantage. In fact some times I reserve an economy car and they automatically upgrade me to a compact car. I think it may have been because they ran out of economy cars though, but this has happened often for me.

One thing to watch out for, as with the other lower end agencies, check your reservation quotes with the your actual bill, if they are different, check your bill with a fine tooth comb for extra charges like daily lock out fee or flat fee or something. They sometimes add on some extras but you just tell them that you don't want them and they should remove the extra charges. IMHO, unless you are taking extras (insurance, etc.), your bill should come out exactly what you were quoted on when you reserved the car.

Hope that you can get back to us on your experience with them. Always nice to hear how others have done with the rental agencies. Some have no problems, while others will never go with an agency again because of problems or bad service. It's good to hear the bad things as well as the good things so we won't be surprised if something like that happens to us.

My only experience with Advantage is at the rental desk at Main Street Station. Prior to our trip, I reserve a car through their website to be picked up at MSS where we stay. We usually work the Downtown casinos for the first day or two of our trip then start moving around. We have never had any problem or issue with this company.
