looks like a decent structure (specifically looking at the Friday one)

plus its a bounty tourney - I guess that's why its only a 4-5 hour according to avp

anyone played it? comments about that - or how the venetian run their tourneys..

I've not played there before - I normally hit the 125 binions tourneys that can run 9-10 hours..

They have top-notch tournaments, structures, and staff/dealers. Nothing too turbo, many deep stack (altho the bounty tourneys arent super deep I don't think). The room is beautiful. Highly recommend any tournaments here.

For a daily, the 12pm and 7pm $125 at Aria are my fav. When Venetian starts doing its Big Bounty Series or Deep Stack Series, I would prefer those over the Aria. The $140 daily noon at Wynn is also pretty good, but gets less runners.

Venetian deep stack will be done by then, so they'll be back to their normal daily schedule. You mentioned one of their weekly bounty tourneys, their website is down right now so I can't look up the details, but as I said before, it's a great room and they do a great job with tournaments.

Wynn will be having its Wynn Classic at that time. See the link there for the schedule.

Aria daily 12pm and 7pm are still my fav's at that time. If you haven't played in this room yet, you need to - most comfortable chairs, best food options, and they treat poker players like rockstars in my experience.

Binions Sat/Sun $125 is quite popular, although I've never played it.

The wynn classic may be a bit rich for my tastes.

I think venetian or aria are my best choices.

The binions one is popular with a very good structure. however it can mean 9 hours of play before hitting the payout levels. that's a big chunk of your weekend and a real pisser if you bubble it.
