    My Trip Report

    Saturday 2/1/14

This was a much needed trip away from our kiddos. Our flight was out of Greensboro connecting in Charlotte on US Airways. Flight from Gboro was quick to Charlotte. Upon boarding in Charlotte we were forced to check our bags as the flight was full. We usually just carry on a bag and proceed straight to the cab line when we land in Vegas but this time they wouldnt even gate check us. So upon landing in Vegas we proceed to baggage claim and wait, wait and even wait some more. Finally after an hour after landing we have our bags at 9pm. No cab line and straight to MGM(No Tunnel btw 12.70 cab fare). Check in was fast and up to the room. Booked a king and upon entering the room had 2 queens wtf. Went back down to check in and got the usual sorry we out of king rooms response but we could get one in the morning. They gave me 2 tickets for KA monday night to make up for it I guess.

Off to the casino to do some gambling or so I thought. The casino was packed literally every craps table was jam packed with people waiting 3 deep just to get on. So wife says lets go play some sigma derby for awhile and get some drinks in us. After really good cocktail service and 9 rum and cokes we go back to the craps tables to see if any openings. By this time its midnight and upon walking to the craps tables a mob of 10000 come through the casino. The george strait concert just let out and there wasnt a seat in casino left at this point I call it a night.

    Sunday 2/2/14

Started the day off with placing my bets on the game and proceeded to la salsa cantina for the breakfast special. After breakfast we met up with some friends down at wynncore and played VP until noon. Friend had a suite and almost a full bar in room. We had about 10 drinks before heading down to society cafe for the lack of a superbowl party experience as they should advertise it but by this point I didnt care just wanted food and the game. Food was great especially the mac n cheese bites. Game was awesome since all bets I had were on seattle and the safety won again(3 years in a row i think). After the game head to VP again, at this point i'm up 875 after my bets paying off. I lost 100 in a couple hours of VP but my buddy had this sick run on VP including 2 royals within 30 minutes. He calls it a night after the second around 11pm. So we cab it back to MGM and play some sigma derby. Around 2am or so I hit the 200-1 odds on sigma for $200 one guy there won 1000 on it. The table went crazy. We called it a night after that.

I couldn't sleep for the life of me. Woke up at 6am and went down to play some craps and was up $60 when I left the table after a couple hours. Wife came down and went to breakfast at the cantina the usual. Wife wanted to play bingo after that so we head down to south point. Played a couple sessions with no bingo's. In between sessions we played full pay DDB VP. Had a couple good hits but nothing great. Headed back to MGM and got our freeplay from our offer and myvegas. After playing our freeplay through the wonder 4 machines we headed down to Aria for the myvegas buffet special. Buffet was pretty good. Played some craps and wife played slots. She started to piss me off as everytime I won on craps she was right there asking for more money for the slots. We called it around 11 as I had no sleep and could barely stand up from all the alcohol flowing through my blood stream.

We had $50 dining credit at Monte Carlo still so we decided to use it on breakfast at the cafe. The omelets were some the best we had ever ate but everything else pretty much sucked including the service. We went down to Cosmo to do the $100 freeplay promo which is still on going for anyone interested. First time I had ever set foot in cosmo and really liked the atmosphere for 11am LOL. Won $60 between us then went to Aria to play some more slots and VP. After a few hours we went back to the room and got ready for the shania concert at caesars. We had the myvegas buffet special at mirage beforehand.I really didn't want to go but I have to admit that the Shania concert was awesome and I don't even like country music. After that we headed back to the room as we had a 6am flight. Thanks for reading and hopefully it didnt suck too bad for my first TR.

Nice! I've played alot of sigma, and although I always bet the 200-1 when it comes up, I've never hit, and never seen anyone hit it. Good job!

    Great TR and sweet hits
That damn Sigma Derby gets me every time. Try my best to hit the 200-1 and it eludes me still.

LOL. Money Gatekeeper I love that. We have the same budget each day but if one of us is up and the other is down we help each other out. I guess I came off a little harsh.
