I had an incredible Mojito once at the Venetian. It inspired me to recreate it at home (which I believe I have). What do you consider the best drink you have ever had in Vegas?
Stunning Man at book and stage Also, glass of Moet after I hit 4 deuces + kicker that erased my gambling losses for the trip.
On a cool Fall night sitting outside watching the Lake of Dreams...a Mayan Hot Chocolate, or three...
I couldn't really find my favorite sort of drink in Las Vegas, because they don't have the soda I like to mix my cocktails with. But last year I got introduced to Strawberry Daiquiri's and I love those, mmmm!!

Brought a bottle of Macellan 18 once. That was prpbably the best for a night cap. One late night at marquee I ordered a Jamey ginger. Came back with a cup of Jameson and a splash of ginger. Most clubs are usually stingy on booze so it stuck out.
Without question the best drink I've had in Vegas or anywhere was a variation on an "Eastside" (gin) cocktail that Daniel concocted for me at The Laundry Room.
I HIGHLY recommend that if you are going to try those, do it right and have those drinks here: http://www.frankiestikiroom.com/ I had a Dark 'n Stormy that was killer once, at Downtown Lounge on East Fremont. Anyone know where I can get an Honest-to-God Moscow Mule served in a copper mug in L.V.?
My sister has an unhealthy tiki bar addiction and made a point to go there on her last trip. She loved Frankie's, but said that she was a little mislead by their claim to be "centrally located". I believe she said "If you mean the center of nowhere!" I think they mean centrally located between Stratosphere and Downtown, but on the other side of the freeway. How is the taxi service from there? Can you find a taxi or do you need to call for one?
Not sure about taxi service, we had a dd both times we went so it wasnt really part of our gameplan. I would imagine they'd have to call you a cab, but the place is open 24 hrs, and they serve booze, so it's not a bad place to get stuck without a ride.
I don't think I'd classify it as the best drink I've had in Vegas, but the Sinatra Smash is damn tasty and has become something of a tradition for me each time I stay at Wynn or Encore. I even made a batch for a party that my sister was throwing for a mutual friend of ours. Evidently women have color schemes for parties (who knew?) and this party's color was purple. Since I can't cook a lick, my contribution to the festivities was the booze...and I don't know many other purple cocktails (at least not ones I'd want to drink). It turned out great, if I do say so myself. http://newsletter.visitwynn.com/2011/02/recipe-spotlight/
During our many stays at Main Street Station, I have a very boring and simple selection of "beverages" : >> Early morning video poker -- Bloody Mary >> Mid-afternoon VP -- MSS Black Chip Porter on tap >> Evening ending VP -- Margarita
I always go for the FREE drinks while playing BJ.......but to be honest I don't think Hooters and Quad and Harrah's put much rum in my rum & cokes.......so from know on I will be going with Long Island Ice Teas...they can't fake that, can they ? ? ?
