Headed to LV for Superbowl weekend.
Booked comp room and VIP party at Flamingo with my host. I was able to get a total of 6 VIP party tickets for my friends(comped).
I look on line and I have an offer for $1000 in free play. Another offer for $75 in food credits. I call my host and ask her how do I go about redeeming these offers. She tells me I cannot redeem those offers because of my " Big Game offer".
Have you ever heard of this happening? I have always been able to get comp rooms and my free play offers during the same trip. Should I try to get the $1000 free play offer without telling her? In the past I just went to the main cage and got my free play
    :confused2:

It sounds like you're already booked on an offer with the party tickets. You can't book another offer with free play at the same time. I have never known CET to allow booking of multiple offers on the same stay.

Since I am not of that status I say go to the cage and ask. The worst case scenario is they say no because it somehow shows in their system you are there due to another offer. It's always easy to walk away afterwards knowing you tried or act like you didn't know you couldn't combine offers.

My only concern would be if the host would somehow find out and could it hurt you for future offers or they come after you for the 1k in free play after they give it to you and find out the mistake they possibly made.

I disagree. I've done 2 offers in the past as stated in my post.
Offer#1: free rooms for 3 nights.
Offer #2: $500 in free play
I've recieved this many times in the past.
I think CET is getting a little tight

I won't argue with success, but I wonder if it's the difference between a "coupon" for free play and an offer for free play that requires a hotel booking. If the latter, I still think the issue is that your hotel booking is already utilized by the party offer. I hope you have success! That would be a killer trip for me.

Also, admittedly, I've never had an offer for that much free play, but the free play offers I've had did have to be booked with the hotel stay so that the free play would be available to me at the cage.

Thought some more about this. Sorry if I've misunderstood, but in the scenario above, you may have booked an "offer" for a free room, but if you called your host to add the free play (offer 2), it's likely the offer code for the free room was removed. So you got comped the room, but the only offer you used was the free play, which probably required a hotel booking anyway. Just my two cents. Combining "offers" really only applies to stuff other than the room, since booking a free room with CET without an official offer is pretty darn easy.

    It is confusing.
Just the opposite. I called the host and she got me a free room and SB tickets. I gave her NO offer code. I called her 2 weeks later and told her about an offer code on line for $1000 free play. She said I could not use it.
I'll let you know what happens.
    Thanks for the input.

Sounds like your host may be making that decision as the up front comps are all on her already.

I did the Flamingo party last year. YMMV, but I thought it was lame. If you can't get the $1,000 FP added to the offer, you may want to skip the party and take the $1,000 FP instead.

I think even though you didn't give her an offer code, the Superbowl Party is an actual offer and she's applied that offer already. In that case, you would not be able to use the $1000 freeplay offer.

The one time we were able to use two offers only worked because I actually had 2 different reservations. Our first two nights we stayed at the Flamingo and got $550 freeplay and the next 4 nights we stayed at Caesars and got the cruise offer.

Having a room offer and another FP offer is one thing. We have done this. But you state you also got 6 of your friends (or total people) into the big game party and all comped? That is a lot. I thought a person couldn't purchase tickets into the game. It would be rough to tell your buddies that they cann't go to the big game. You might have to divvy up the cash. Hope you receive what you want.

Your sb party tickets are an offer as is the free play. You can only book under one. You may be able to switch offers, but you'd lose the tickets. I know because we took the free play...

Yeah other posters are right. CET will not normally allow you to take two offers on a stay, UNLESS your play on first day of trip is so high that your ADT / Theo warrants the comp. Then they might switch up the offer mid trip and give you comp tickets.

Best of luck to you, the party tickets are probably worth $120 each in comp dollars to casino, so your getting a pretty good front end comp.

Thanks everyone. I can't knife my buddies so I guess I lose out on the FP.
