We have just booked three nights at luxor. Due to the nab conference in town that week prices were outrageous at our preferred properties of mirage and cp, do we went cheap and booked Luxor

I'm looking for food advice, especially late at night at luxor and the two attached properties. Also, how have table limits been during the week and any tips on room choices. I know the tower is nicer

Decent food options at Luxor are few and far between. tacos and Tequila is really the only place I still eat at there. Much better food next door at Mandalay Bay. as for late night, I guess that depends on your definition of late.

Table limits are $10 and up, even during the week. Same thing at MB. if you want cheaper, take the walkway to Excalibur, where you can find $5 limits during the week. You've already got the right info about the rooms. Have fun!

Stayed there last April, T&T was good, had the breakfast buffet, it was good. Good food options at MB and you can take the tram. $10 tables even weekdays.

There is a Mcdonalds that is open late, we hit that. There is also a sub type shop in the back of the Casino on the main level that was open late and served some really good sandwiches. I would recommend the sub shop, my GF believes McD's is medicinal in preventing hangovers though.

I have been known to hit up the late Mickey d across from mirage in trips past since their late night options are limited to Carnegie which I loath

I am not too proud to have a vanilla shake and a double cheeseburger to cap off the night!

Funny thing is I eat McDonald maybe a half dozen times a year. But all of them are late after going out or when hungover lol. I prefer the mcchicken and a large fry

Backstage deli! California burger (ask them to cut it into 1/4s) at 3 AM really hits the spot!

The junior chicken in Canada is known simply as the mcchicken in the USA. Junior chicken doesn't exist here. It's just a name difference. The mcchicken in Canada is slightly larger and has a sesame seed bun I believe.

oh i did not know you didn't have both. My ex worked there years ago when he was young and the only difference really is the bun, the chicken part is round, but really no bigger. it just appears that way because of the shape.

Is it $4 for one down there?

Mcchicken sandwich here is a buck at most non urban locations. NYC I think it's like 1.39. Vegas is still a buck at most locations. So, basically same price as your junior chicken would be. I only know this from a trip to Montreal when I was appalled that my mcchicken was 3.89 lol. This was two summers ago

If having Wifi is important to you ask for West Tower 17th floor or above. Late night eats you have the Backstage Deli is open 24hours, you can hit up Mandalay for some other options and the food fairs have one or two quickie eats open (located Atrium level of the Luxor or walk over to Excalibur). A friend of mine said they will open $5 tables early morning when they are really slow, and I noticed this trip that most were $10. Hope this helps :D

My husband and I played 5.00 craps there for hours on a weekday afternoon in October. Must have been a slow day...the drink service was excellent.

Public House in Luxor is a great spot with both a sports flair and good food.

I don't know how late it is open but I plan to have dinner there in about two weeks.

I could be mistaken, but I think the McD's at Luxor closes at midnight with the rest of the food court but the McD at Excalibur is open 24/7. The Public House also closes at midnight or 1am. Tacos and Tequila is 11 (I think it was closed by midnight).

    Backstage Deli is open 24/7.

The Pyramid Cafe is only open for breakfast\early lunch.

Quick eats Backstage Deli, the Patty melt is great, it's kinda our lucky charm as well. Tender for steak or seafood, simply only steak I have had better in Vegas was at Carnevino and it cost twice as much, plus for a lighter fare they have an outstanding Charcuterie and Cheese trays selection and one of the best wine selections to be found. T&T is good but I would take Hussongs in Mandalay Place over it personally. Rice and Co has great Sushi we found this last trip, sit at the bar it's much more fun, Burger Bar has great of course Burgers and for great seafood RM and the new Rx upstairs are some of the best I have had anywhere. Upscale for sure Aureole in Mandalay Bay, ask for Swan Court seating.

If you can get a Kobe Chili to go at the Tender Steak and Seafood restaurant, do it. You won't be disappointed.
