Same name as an alcoholic drink purported to cause those imbibing to see green fairies.

And a whole bunch of reviews here about it. And, I would guess if you were to do the math, it would get a 9 out 10 from the vast majority in ratings.

The show "Absinthe" has been the highest rated act in LV for the past couple years now. Its a raunchy comedy meets insane acrobatics. I have seen twice and wouldn't mind thrice.

    good show

My brother and I went to the show. It was a great show, raunchy but right up our alley. The older couple next to me actually left pissed off it was funny. We sat in the very front seats and we were the Gay couple from Maryland.... It was awesome.

Did you have to change your shorts after the roller skate couple? That looked pretty damn scary from where I was sitting. I kept thinking, "One mistake and several audience members are dead!" lol

    roller skate

That was the best part. When they warn you to stay in your seat they mean it. You could feel the wind from them whipping around on that little table thing they were on. I got some pictures of it, hard to get them as they were going but got some of the lady standing right in front of me. The people next to me left when the lady in the champagne glass came out and kicked water out on the audience. Of course she splashed the gay couple from Maryland and that is when the couple next to me left. I got video of them just sitting there all mad looking.

I get that the show isn't for everyone, not in the least. But who would go to a show completely obvlivious as to what it was about? If you read a few reviews on various websites you'll know it's raunchy, it's VERY un PC, it takes shots at a lot of various sterotypes. And a few people still get "offended" and leave. To each their own and it's their money (shrug)

I knew what we were getting into and thought it was funny as all get out. People take things to seriously, relax and laugh. And not only that those people missed an unreal show, some of the things that those acts did was crazy amazing.

Most people do like the show. We did not but it had nothing to do with it being raunchy. We love Vinnie at the Flamingo and have seen him more than once. We just didn't think this show was funny in anyway but we are in the minority on this board. I suggest you go see it and make up your mind.

There have been people with discount coupons outside the tent area every day that I've walked by there.
