Nope. You can also exchange the another restaurant if a location closes. Had that happen a couple of years ago at Hard Rock.

They never expire and you can exchange any unused certificates for a different one at any time. Great source of coupons especially if they are having a sale

Another caveat is that a restaurant can decide to stop accepting the certificates, but again - you can exchange the certificate through r.com if that happens, same as if a place closes (or so stories here have led me to believe - I haven't had that happen to me personally)

No, its true. I had many certificates in my acct from a few years ago, and some of them were no longer offered or the restaurant wasn't around anymore. No trouble at all exchanging them. This includes certificates that I may have gotten free from other sources too.

This has happened to me too, when restaurants like Cafe Ba Ba Reeba went out of business - you just call up and they very cheerfully take care of it for you. Restaurant.com has excellent customer service.

You can also exchange them on line. Restaurant.com is having a one day 60% off sale today. Use coupon code TASTE at checkout.

Anyone know if Triple George and the Flame Steakhouse still accepts them?

Both restaurants have dropped out of the program. You can find coupons for the Flame in both the LVA and ACG books.

I used the Triple George Grill coupon, that I had bought almost 2 years ago last week. They accepted it no problem.

I've looked at Restaurant.com for Vegas, but never decided if any were worthwhile. Does anybody have any favorites. Always have a car. Love to find new off strip places

The number of restaurants that participate has fallen off in the last few years, but there are still some worthwhile. Here are the ones
I will be using in the future.

    808 Tapas
    Mezzo
Los Antojos - consomme loco (chicken soup) for lunch
Florida Cafe - we were allowed to use the face value for mojitos
9 On The Plate - excellent Korean appetizers
Taco Tijuana - rivals Taco el Gordo for al pastor street tacos
    Gaetano's
    Shish Kabob

I am not a fan of either Casa di Amore or Casa don Juan but I am in the minority.

I used a Crown and Anchor last trip and enjoyed the bar food. I also bought one of the $50 El Sagundo Sol certs for a dinner for four. We parlayed it with inexpensive happy hour drinks so it was a good value play. I think El Sagundo is way overpriced but the food and drinks are good so it was a nice evening at an okay price. I have used a Ferraro's cert on two occasions and consider it to be similar to El Sagundo. Would I eat there without a cert, nope, too expensive for my blood.

Then I'll bring mine with me and give it a try. Thanks!
