    Take the city bus...
$2 WAX ; Get free transfer
get off at Flamingo stop, catch #202 down flamingo to sams town, using the free transfer.

    OR
take WAX to downtown, go to The Cal and catch then free shuttle to Sams Town...but that only runs 9am to 9pm.

You could also take a cab / shuttle / whatever to Harrah's and catch the shuttle to ST (the schedule is on Sam's Town website). It is way in the back of the property with other shuttles / charter busses but is direct and a large coach type. We used it when we left last time we stayed at ST as we had plenty of time and used the bell at Harrah's taking a cab to airport when finally ready to head out. Good luck.....(also it might be helpful if you mentioned to someone at ST the inconvenience of not having reasonable service from airport to ST as it keeps us from staying there without a car--they did have an infrequent shuttle from the hotel but have since discontinued it).

If you're a decent player, you can ask a host to have security take you to/from the airport...we've done it before.
Roll in style in the house Escalade.
