I have been spending alot of time in the high limit room at GG and The D. I am almost always heads up wiith the dealers. And man, I love those dealers and love watching the girls dance while I play cards!

 

Huddler I never took you for an NRF fan, even though there are a lot sh@t kickers in TN. evillaugh Palazzo greasing you some tickets? CET sent me a pretty good NRF offer, we may overlap next trip and should have a drink somewhere.

All I have to say is STILL the UFC Welterweight Champion of the the World Georges "Rush" St. Pierre!!! Honestly we had at 38-38 after 4 rounds and GSP dominated 5th. Still what a great fight card. Watching sportsnet to see what Dana White says. I got some vids of the fights will try to post later. Pic of me after fights are over.



So slept in til 11, with a quick bite at flamingo food court. Then walked to the fight shop at PH for a long sleeve version of the GSP walk out shirt then to Ross to grab JB a belt. Walk back to flamingo for a quick shit shower shave and monorail too MGM. We had a rezzo at Michael Mina's PUB 1843 for a pre fight meal and beers. Then at 5 it was over arena for prelims at 5.

After fights we took the monorail to sullys at ballys for many cocktails and an ass kicking at vp. Then over to Caesars sports book bar. Was getting killed there too when I was dealt 4 aces with a king but pulled out a kicker on the redraw!!!



As we were walking out of Caesars we saw 2 hood rats with their 4 year old on their laps letting him press the slot machine button at 4am. Little play at flamingo Xbar then up to room for sports center.

Just saw Dana Whites comments...what a tool! This should be UFCs largest ppv earnings ever. The first round could go either way, 3 and 5 GSP for sure. I think he is just pumping shit up now cause GSP may retire. Gonna start calling him Vince Macmahon Jr. You know what ruined boxing? The UFC and Tyson biting a fucking ear off. I am not a big rodeo fan, and although I have southern accent I am no Cowboy at all, but I come to Vegas for rodeo every year. Lots of of fun talking shit with all the rodeo people at the tables. They like to talk shit like me so they are really my peeps. So, I love staying downtown for rodeo, although I don't typically go over to the Thomas and Mack to watch the finals. Its on closed circuit at several casino's anyway.

Venetian/Palazzo have gotten REALLY aggressive the past year or so at attracting gamblers again. A host called me and offered me a bunch of stuff so I did stay there once this year and it was a good time. I got an offer for room, $350 free play, $100 gift card, so I booked this room but am giving it to a couple girls that work for me who are coming out and I quote "for some Cowboy sausage"!

I am going to stay at The D and give the girls my room at Palazzo. I am now using Beejays host at GG/The D, and he has been great so far. I had to fire my last host there as she didnt return calls or emails for weeks. Damnest thing Ive ever seen, since I about as low maintenance as a player can be(Just need a room) and there cant be THAT many players there with my average bet. I sent an email to the VP of the casino and he switched me over to Steve P immediately. I have stayed in a suite at GG last couple trips and have loved it, so I thought I would switch it up and get a suite at The D this trip.

Yeah lets definitely get together! When do you get in town?

 

Had a BLAST in there with you and even though I was drunk & belligerent at that point I have to agree with you & Huddler that those chicks, even the pit boss who I was begging to spank me (Kim??) were the BEST!!! (never hurts when the cards are paying out).

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who has to make that adjustment after a return trip.

It's even worse after the prorno convention. You can't just walk up and take a picture of random hot girls like you can in the convention. At least not without getting slapped. Trust me on this.

So I ended up staying at the GG in the HL limit until my buyin ran out which I believe was almost 5am. Had to walk back from GG to D and no one was on freemont.

Somehow made it back to d and even no one was at the long bar. If any hot chick happened to be sitting at the long bar and said hi I might have purchased after having boobies in my face for 4 hours. Or not. Found my room and crashed.

Morning recap: watched a very informative video on fisting, ate a double double and just checked into The Cosmo! Half marathon starts in a few hours

We have a girl on our staff who means to say, "we performed a work-around" when we hit a snag on something and have to audible, but she always says, "we did a reach-around"... me and this other guy are the only ones in the room who get it and we die laughing every time she says it! that is a classic, I know a girl who always looks for coupons and occasionally she'll mention the one for Sports Authority and then we'll mention the one in the newspaper for Dick's.

Invariably she will respond "Ohhhh, I love DICK's!".....as you can imagine the conversation devolves from there....
